Beautiful hotel The rooms and hotel seemed very hot, we didn’t have the best sleep, as the room didn’t cool off very well, but I also should of mentioned it to them, but it was late, and it was only one night. Other than that, it was great.

AC was on consistently, really cold I was given a very small heater which only stayed on for about 3 or 4 minutes. Good thing I had an extra bed I used the blankets from there. I did call the front desk asap the first evening i stayed and only was asked if i wanted to chamged rooms about 8 pm on the last night. So recommend bring an extra balnket just incase.

Everything about staying at this hotel was perfect. Close to shopping & restaurants. The staff were so pleasant and helpful, we were pleased with everything. The breakfast and staff could not have been better, so friendly and caring. We would stay there again.

Extremely comfortable beds and pillows very clean rooms

Our room smelt like smoke and animal pee

Comfort would have been way higher, but our room tempature was so high and very uncomfortable to sleep. When we tried to decrease it on the thermostate, it didnt respond or become cooler. So we had to try to sleep in 25° room when we sleep in about 19. Way to hot and wished the room to be cooler.

The Kibg bed was very comfortable. We didn’t like that it took several minutes both morning and night to get any hot water.

Great place for a short or long stay

Friendliness of staff. Super nice! Very clean, updated rooms . Easy access to 2 pools and hot tubs. Two buildings, atrium very quiet. Enjoyed our stay, twice!

Great quality hotel with high standards. We were here for competitions, and this hotel was conveniently located near the rinks. It also had many amenities in close proximity like restaurants and Chinook mall. Overall the rooms and bathroom were clean and spacious. The kids enjoyed the pools and waterslides along with the fitness room/exercise room. The restaurant/pub and breakfast buffet was a great addition to our stay. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The staff was wonderful!!! We are in our 60's, have at least travelled in 50 countries, and while staying at the Calgary Delty, we realized that never before had we stayed at a hotel, where every staff member was so friendly, polite, professional, caring, and good at his/her job as they were at the Delta. In addition, the food was good, the room was big and well equipped, fitness rooms awesome, pool awesome,...

Great staff, hotel. Location is in a little older of an area, but once inside… the hotel removes you from that.

The Hotel has been recently updated and it works the only real issue was the Pool/waterSlide were not operational and a Slightly firmer mattress would have been nice

All good just a little disappointed that the big pool was closed but glad there was another we could use.

There were dirty socks in our room on arrival. The hottub was not hot. Very limited vegan options on menu.
