Customer service was horrible. Paid for and booked room on expedia. This hotel wouldnt let the guest stay without a different credit card as well as the one on file from expedia. Asked for a favor explained the guest was very sick had just walked out of chemo treatment, would it be possible to ask the manager. They refused and said they wouldnt even ask the manager if it was ok. Later when trying to get the money back from expedia, the same front desk said to expedia no we wont give the money back even though nobody stayed there. Took the money for sending a sick man in a cab to somewhee else and doing nothing for the money. Disgusting. Do not recommended.
