It was safe and quiet but you needed to drive everywhere. Except in the little plaza next door they had a supermarket which was very convenient

This property is completely run down. The mattress was extremely old. I ess able to see the mattress springs through the blanket. The pillows were as hard as a rock. The carpet is full of stains. I couldn't bring myself to walk around the room without my slippers. The toilet paprr holder mept falling off, the showerhead was barely holding on. I could go on with all of the issues with this place. I couldn't sleep for the 2 nights i was there because my of the noise the from other guests and the noise their doors made from opening and closing. It is extremely hard to open and close the room doors. Instead of having a relaxing and stress free stay, i was extremely tired and frustrated. Do not stay at this hotel. Stay far away.

Very nice quite location, next to plaza shopping with sandwich shop and chinese food, CVS, etc. Clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and great buffet breakfast. Would definately return.

Second time staying here. Only 5 min drive to Cornell campus, walk to grocery and food options. Clean, comfortable and quiet.

The hotel rooms were large and the hotel quiet. It is just in need of renovations.

The room I stayed in was extremely dirty and disappointing. There was visible dust and grime on many surfaces, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the overall condition of the room made me feel very uncomfortable. Considering I paid over $300 per night, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness — but it was truly disappointing. What made it even worse was that no refund was offered despite the poor condition, which added to my frustration. This experience definitely had a negative impact on my trip.

Perfect for what we needed. The woman at the front desk who was ALSO running around the dining area during breakfast didn’t miss a neat. I wish I remembered her name. She surely took so crap but with all the grace in the world. Definitely need more staff. Hall was dark and a bit musty, sink water smelled of sulfur when turned on, stained “dust ruffles” on one of the beds.

Great location close to Cornell University. The breakfast was delicious and the reception staff were amazing. I would definitely stay here again!

Decent facility okay for quick stay

Items in the room are worn and older and fixed up with cheap materials.

Everything was good except there were few bugs or mosquitoes in the room all the time

Nice spacious room, good pool, AC a tad noisy, a lttile out of town but close to a few stores.

I checked in, went to the room, found it to be in poor condition, and went back to the counter and requested a refund from the Best Western Ithaca receptionist. She said she would need to get permission. She went in the back and spoke with someone for a few minutes, then came back and said “You’re all set.” I do not want to pay for the stay since I did not stay there.

Room was a little run down..cracked and peeling paint on ceiling over bed...mattresses definitely need replacing..staff was very nice and accommodating...breakfast buffet was great 👍

Poop on toilet ,hair in the tub ,and on the soap ,you could kick up dirt in the carpet the night stand had stains all over it and dusty and the drawer under the tv looked like something was smeared all over it and half the lights in the bathroom did not work

There was no body lotion or conditioner in the bathroom. The carpet has an unpleasant odor.

The property is very old, dark and not well kept.

As always, had an excellent stay here. Very convenient if you are visiting Cornell University or the amazing state parks nearby. Breakfast was good - waffles, eggs, sausages, bagels, fresh fruits etc. even our fur baby loved it here. Highly recommend this hotel.

Bed was hard, very noisy ice machine. People outside our room very loud. Over priced very dated
