The breakfast was good and the servers were nice to us.

Has become a home away from home since I visit there every month! Always a pleasure and the staff is so amazing! My husband and I always look forward to coming here.

No like hotel

Personal muy amable, desayuno rico, área de la alberca agradable. Lo que no me gustó fueron las habitaciones, se ven viejas, alfombra sucia y casi no había luz, de por si toda la habitación es muy oscura y aunado a eso varios focos no servian.

I enjoyed my stay, the front desk person was very friendly and made you feel welcomed. The staff at breakfast was attentive. I will definitely return.

Great place

Siempre me ha gustado quedarme en este hotel por la conveniencia de estar ubicado cerca del Centro de la capital y cerca de casi todo, además de su alberca techada para poder disfrutar con mi hija de 9 años quien le encanta la alberca. El cuarto en general estaba bien pero el baño tiene su lavamanos demasiado abajo, primera vez que veo algo así de todos los hoteles que me he quedado. La alberca, el agua estaba tan sucia que usando googles, aún así no se podía ver con claridad y en el fondo de la alberca apenas se podía ver la suciedad asentada, creo le falta bastante mantenimiento al hotel.

2nd time staying here. Our first experience was less than favorable. This time is was way better. Our room was larger than last time (not sure on how or knew there was a difference). Room was clean and staff is friendly. Seemed to be a little pricey for the place, but it does seem safe.

Older property, pool open one day, food good, check in a little slow.
