Staff was amazing location can’t be beat

The hotel has a nice view and beach. The service was great and the breakfast as well.

Very nice place to stay and everything was excellent except poor Wi-Fi.

Sol Ipanema is a fantastic place to stay! The staff and the property exceeded all my expectations — everything from service to comfort was outstanding. My only issue was with Expedia, not the hotel itself. I needed to change my reservation dates, and while the hotel’s reservation team was incredibly kind and approved the change, Expedia failed to update the dates properly with the hotel. Despite this hiccup, my experience at Sol Ipanema was excellent, and I’d definitely return!

Sol Ipanema was amazing and convenient to a myriad of Rios best offerings. Its surrounded by Ipanema beach, ample restaurants, Favela Vidigal. Minutes away from Copacabana. The staff was incredible. They were friendly and accomodating.

This is a wonderful hotel directly across the street from Ipanema Beach! The delicious restaurant on the second floor and many of the guest rooms overlook the beach. The experience was idyllic!

The service was absolutely amazing, and everyone was very friendly.

Only issue was on our four night stay we only had hot water one night despite messing around with the hot water tap countless times

Fantastic location on Ipanema beach. Excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Nice rooftop bar with a (small) pool. Good sized rooms which are comfortable and well maintained. Highly recommended.

I think this property is amazing. They are friendly, clean, high quality etc. that being said I didn’t like that the prices for the products supplied. For example: a very small bottle of wine was way too expensive. That’s my only complaint. I get it but if the price or quantity is better, I’d say this property is a A

2/27 - 3/5 Carnival magic at its best! Perfectly located behind the lively gay beach, we were surrounded by fantastic restaurants and shops. The morning-after breakfast buffet was simply divine! Our room was a quiet haven, and the staff kept it spotless. Can't wait to return—10/10 recommend!
