We’ve stayed here many times,always a good time,never any negative issues.

Staff friendly. My room super clean. Only weakness was free Breakfast was not hot & limited in variety. Wasn’t appealing visually. Over all excellent

Had a great stay, enjoyed the pool and breakfast.

Nice clean hotel, great service & excellent breakfast. The view & balcony were a very nice extra to & the price was reasonable.

We stayed here for 5 days during an ice storm while we had no power each day we were waiting until around noon to decide if we would stay another night after learning whether or not our power had come on. It was a very stressful time for us and being at this hotel made things so much easier. Every one of the staff members was helpful and accommodating, the cleaning lady was wonderful, she still didn’t have power when we left on day 5 but showed up to work everyday. Thank you all for taking such great care of us.

Nice place, convenient, scenic on the water.

We stayed at the Best Western Otonabee Inn for three nights, one night at a time, during a state of emergency caused by an ice storm. Despite the challenging circumstances, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible. The team was incredibly accommodating and understanding as we navigated the uncertainty of the storm. Each time we needed to extend our stay, they handled our requests with kindness and efficiency, making us feel genuinely cared for during a difficult time. The room was clean, cozy, and a perfect haven from the freezing conditions outside. The property itself remained well-maintained despite the weather, and we were so grateful to have a warm and welcoming place to stay. We truly appreciated the staff’s dedication and professionalism throughout our stay. They made us feel safe and supported when we needed it most. We highly recommend the Best Western Otonabee Inn—not just for their excellent accommodations but for their outstanding commitment to their guests’ well-being. Thank you to the entire team for making a challenging situation so much more manageable.

The room was clean, not exactly what i booked, but still great.

So super easy to find. Close to restaurants, not far from local mall..really enjoyed my stay!

The stay was nice. But it was very annoying after coming back late from dance competition both nights that our key cards did not work in the door. Very inconvenient.

The lady at the front desk who checked us in was extremely friendly. The room was gorgeous.

Few places to eat within walking distance

Love the location. Bed was so comfortable. Bedding was lux. Pool awesome. Breakfast great. Didnt like walking outside to breakfast location.

The hotel was clean and well kept but it is starting to show its age and is in need of an update. Breakfast was provided but was very basic with limited options.

the front desk was very, rude. they didn’t inform me in what id say needed anywhere or over the phone i came with my health card and it wasn’t enough so i got my mom to help, and she said to my mom very disrespectfully, “do you really wanna help him with this” then followed up with “ are you sure you wanna do this for him” as if i was such a terrible person. felt very uncomfortable and she didn’t say this infront of me she waited till i left back to the car.

The room we had with a fireplace was good but the fan on the fireplace was quite loud especially during the night. The service at the front desk was great.
