The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. It was nice to have a quick dip in the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub. This is a very nice and clean motel. Would definitely stay again!

A/C not working properly in one of our two rooms. We called the front desk and they came and set the room temp to 66, which helped a bit but only made the room tolerable, not actually cool. Our room next door by contrast was set at 68 and was noticeably cooler. The breakfast buffet was edible, but not the quality I would expect having paid 250 per night per room. The rug in one of our rooms had a big fold in it. It needs to be stretched out. It just seems that the rooms are getting a bit tired and neat updating. They were clean. Water pressure in the showers was fantastic. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

Big rooms, very good shower. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Only thing was the pull out bed had a lot of hair on the sheets. They came right away to change it! Great stay.

This is an older hotel - motel. Have to travel between buildings which is a little hassle. Breakfast was fine but could be improved. Staff were friendly and pool was fun. Would stay again given the price ($420 taxes in for two nights)

The room was spacious and clean. There was a microwave and fridge as well as a small table with 2 chairs. There was a back door to a lovely sitting area just outside our first floor room.

We enjoyed a very comfortable and relaxed stay at the Best Western Plus Otonabee Inn. Everything was fresh and clean and in like-new condition. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. The river-side grounds are a spectacular feature. We enjoyed walking about as well as a tasty breakfast on the terrace each morning with ducks, geese and songbirds to entertain. The woodland setting is a quiet and tranquil retreat despite the nearby city with all of its amenities. Without a doubt, we will be back.
