The property is old but the location is convenient, it is very close (walking distance) to Mundo E where you can find a variety of restaurants, stores, grocery store and entertainment; is at a short driving distance to Plaza Satelite- shopping Mall The staff super kind and helpful, the room service was not great. The shampoo and conditioner in the room are awful, really bad quality product. Bring yours! We choose this hotel because the overall value is good.

In the past 12 months, I’ve probably stayed over 30 nights if not more. Instead of things improving to keep me coming back, things have gotten worse. Rooms are noisy, I could hear the people next room, and the person showering upstairs. Towels, are rags. Room service now includes the 15% percent service, and now takes longer to get, is inconsistent and food is bad. As an Expedia member, my checkout time is 3 pm. But they ignore it and every single time they come and ask me to checkout, to then later confirm I can stay longer. House keeping will knock at 7:30 am. But if I put the do not disturb tag, they wont return later to clean. I’ll take my business somewhere else

Parece que el hotel en algunas áreas esta abandonado, lleno de polvo la habitación qué nos toco, con hongos en la regadera y la puerta del baño terrible parace que se va a caer y manchada.

Very nice “old mexico” hotel with very good breakfast buffet with live keyboard music. The grounds are nicely laid out with a smaller swimming pool. Easy walk to large modern shopping mall. We definitely will stay there again

The property is nice and comfortable, nice restaurant and bar. Funny thing occupancy is based on 1 person, and you get charged extra for the second person.

The water supply in the sinks was minimal; barely a small amount of water came out when the faucet was turned on; which was very inconvenient even to brush your teeth. We asked for a baby crib, it was a terrible idea, old metal crib very deteriorated, the crib mattress was in very bad condition, the mattress protector was broken y different parts, they didnt supply the right mattress accesories y was a big regular sheet and a very old blanket. At the end the baby hit herself with the metal crib started crying in the middle of the nidht we ended up pushing both beds together and leaving the baby in the corner surrounded by all the pillows. The food was good and the staff was very good.

Only issue was the showerhead was not present! They fixed it in 5 minutes. Hotel is a bit old and some furniture shows it, but the bed was confortable and service was great.

I stayed at Maria Barbara, now Krystal, the first time on April 13, 1973 and have stayed here on different occasions ever since. Good location for connections to downtown Mexico. Huge shopping centres nearby, one safe walking distance. Recommended
