Very helpful staff, excellent restaurant, comfortable and clean room. Above average all around! Stayed for one night to be close to airport for an early morning departure. Would highly recommend.

Great Hotel with a very good restaurant.

Pleasant hotel with normal-sized room. Comfortable bed, modern, clean bathroom, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Despite being on the street side, our room was extremely quiet. The staff was friendly and efficient. We were visiting family so we didn’t spend much time there and didn’t have any meals there, but it was all quite pleasant!

The only issue was road construction all down the street in front of the building. Not much that they can do about that!

Wonderful facility. Beautiful rooms and great service from all customer agents working there. From housekeeping to front desk and kitchen. But be aware if you need parking you need to arrange prior to arrival. There is street parking but not always easy to find.

Lovely hotel, booked as we had a concert to go to at the sports hall near by, but a little bit far out of Hamburg, had to get a bus then a train in.

Centrally located near the airport and walkable to the Ubon train.

Nicely renovated property. Clean rooms for a reasonably price. Local transportation is ok, but scheduled too infrequently (weekend). Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great facilities and a comfortable room. Food at the hotel was excellent. Friendly staff too.

Excellent service. The hotel is overall in good condition l, however it was noisy when someone at the next room was taking a shower or using the kettle. Nevertheless I had a good sleep but I was lucky to wake up early in the morning so no one else woke me up. Internet connection was quite slow.

Amazing close by to tge airport maximum you will pay on taxi 10 euros, freindly staff and was clean would recommend

Surprisingly beautiful, small hotel hidden away in a residential suburb of Hamburg, within walking distance to the airport. The hotel is immaculate, even romantic in its setting. Excellent for adults wanting some "me" time. It's probably a little too secluded for rambunctious children. It's a must stay for adults wanting to be near the airport. While you're there, try the little cafe on the river two blocks down.

No WiFi as promised

It was ok but for price not exceptional. Front desk friendly and helpful but dinning Waitress was fair.

Overall is Good. Mattress is a bit soft. Reception is nice & pleasant!
