Great overall no issue. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Went above and beyond to store my travel stroller after a last minute decision to not bring with us, Bavish took care of it and said have a nice trip, when you return your stroller will be here waiting for you. Thank you Hampton inn staff!!

This hotel is ok. The A/C struggled - and it does get hot in Toronto in the summer. The condition of the bathroom was so-so as well. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was good, and jam-packed. Staff was friendly - once you got to the hotel. They had an airport shuttle, but no one answered the phone upon landing at YYZ. I tried calling 3 times over 10 minutes - to request a pickup. So, I ended up taking a $25 (CAD) cab ride, in stead.

Solid choice for an overnight layover, very close to the airport, but limited dining options. The Hilton Garden Inn a few properties down has a decent lobby restaurant and bar and depending on when you book might be similarly priced.

Ideal airport stay , coffee in lobby , free shuttle Aircon unit was very noisy

Overall I Enjoyed my stay, convenient to the airport, which is what I needed it for. I and others checking in wasn’t informed of a deposit fee and even though refundable we should be advised of this prior to the stay. The room and bathroom is dated but it’s still functional. Check in staff were great My family loved the breakfast, it had good options I wish the airport transfer process was explained but we figured it out and grateful for the service

This is a hotel in a trading estate. No restaurant facility for the evening. We walked to another Hilton a couple of doors down. There is a basic breakfast offering. As an airport hotel for a quick lay over it’s fine and has courtesy bus to and from airport but overall it looks tired and a bit basic. Wouldn’t stay again and disappointed with location.

It is very outdated. The rug looks like a disease waiting to be caught. The wallpaper is falling off. The bathroom has no hooks to hang the towel. The elevator sounds like it is on its last leg. Overall not a pleasant experience!

Great hotel for layover or needing to be close to airport. Staff were very friendly and responsive. Rooms good size - good view of airport and seeing planes take off and land, yet still quiet. Great amenities - restaurant and bar, pool, sauna, squash and basketball court. Shuttle service is fantastic as connects to UP which gets you to downtown

Took 45 min to check in as only 1 staff. Many ppl in line and due to cancelled flights it was a slow process to get checked in

Gated parking lot was inconvenient

The hotel is very conveniently located near Pearson International airport. The room was clean and the breakfast selection was good.

Staff not polite. Demanded passports (we’re checking in with driver license since we’re from BC) - he just demanded over and over again in a tired and annoyed tone. I gave him our IDs and he continued our check in. We had waited in line to check in for 20 minutes and we tried to be as nice as possible, traveling with our little ones as well. We’re tired too. :/ We asked for shuttle service (sign said must book ahead). He nodded but didn’t give us any instructions until I asked about details. He might be having a rough day but a smile and polite tone (minus the eye rolling when he heard a dog barking) would have made it a more welcoming check-in. Room was nice. Spacious room. Rest of our stay was good.

Well located for an airport hotel. Free shuttle to the airport throughout the day.

Nice spacious rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good. It is very close to the airport with a lot of food options nearby.

I booked the suite that sleeps up to 6, the room was spacious, I stayed for 2 nights, we had no housekeeping at all, they didn’t even pick up the trash, parking was $30 per day, but the parking lot was full, so we had to leave the car on the side of the road outside the hotel parking lot, staff was friendly, breakfast was okay, not many options.
