Close to the old town. Not so clean shower room, water leaks out of shower.

Very helpful, and informative. Lovely property and reasonably well located.

Ideal for both business and pleasure.

Location is very good. Close to everything. Staff are very nice and friendly. Breakfasts are delicious! The cons: Twin beds are very small. Smaller than average. Also the air conditioning only cools the room so much. It wasn’t well ventilated and we had to run the air conditioning 24 hours a day and the room still felt warm and somewhat stuffy. There is a nightclub a couple of blocks away so if your room is at the front of the hotel, it’s very noisy at night especially on the weekends.

Loved the vip treatment. The area was quiet but near shopping streets. The balcony was a nice touch but it was not the best maintained. The room was spacious and the amenities were adequate but lacking utensils

The property is lovely, however, the rooms do not have any temperature control. Windows can be opened but we were right over a very busy restaurant/bar that was quite lively until 2am each night. Sadly, our room got so stuffy and warm, even with outside temps in the 60s, that it made it miserable to sleep.

After traveling to Rome, Marseille, Bordeaux and Paris, the Avani in Frankfurt was the best hotel of all! Nice reception area, the staff could not be nicer or more helpful, and - after the teeny rooms in other hotels - the room was so spacious! And was so reasonably priced! The breakfast was great, also with attentive staff. I will always look for an Avani property when I travel.

Came for two nights. We ordered a king bed, yet although not informed in advance we’re given two single beds. They were big enough. Otherwise the room was comfortable and clean. The next day we were offered the appropriate room, but that was inconvenient. We were also offered free breakfast. All staff members were extremely kind. The breakfast was very good. The room very nice.

Convenient location to good shopping and felt safe. Close to good restaurants.

I reservated two room for my family because they didn't have room for 3 people. Air condition in our room didn't work, it was very hot in the room. They started explaining that the hotel system works according to the seasons & they can give us a fan, but in some reason in the loby air conditioner worked very well "not according the seasons". We asced for a change the room. Some girl in the reception wasn't so nice to us. Overall experience was okay: the breakfast was good, room cleaning was good.

In general the hotel is nice and the breakfast was good. There was only one issue with beds.. We stayed in the hotel with two children of 8 and 10 years old, while booking it was written that we would be offered OR two double beds OR four single beds but when we arrived there was only double bed and a narrow sofa. I told the manager that sofa was not ok, she said she'd settle it and led us to another suite with double bed in one room and the other room was empty with no beds. The manager told me several times that they'd bring us two single beds for our kids but once again the staff brought us the narrow sofa. I told them it's not ok for us because it's too narrow for the kids but it turned out that the staff didn't understand any of my words, they did not understand English and they just covered the bed and went away. I returned to managers on the reception, they told me that they "could only bring one more single bed but there's no more place for it". So I had to agree for the sofa but I was really upset, I didn't understand why couldn't they initially just bring two single beds.. I wish I had more comfortable stay for my kids.

Best equipped hotel room I’ve ever stayed in, couldn’t fault the room. Breakfast was pricey but very good - would stay again and recommend to others.

This hotel was excellent. Check-in went smoothly and the staff were so kind to our big family. The breakfast was amazing!

Walking distance to the shopping street, spacious rooms, comfortable bed and high level service

Amazing hotel, photos don't do it justice! Customer service was great and the rooms were so comfortable and spacious (we got a free upgrade booking with expedia!) Would highly recommend
