Nice big room, very comfortable bed and great bathroom, easy parking, shame about the building works but did not impact stay. Air-conditioning in room did not work and it was a very hot weekend with no breeze so room was very hot. Otherwise perfect

So much building work going on. Lift broken. Just loud all the time. Could hear other people all night. Kids barely slept. Breakfast was ok.

Great and friendly staff!

My main reason to rate this hotel as an average is due to the poor quality of cooling on the hot day in July. The staff member at the reception was not helpful, was defensive, trying to convince us that the system will cool the room in a few minutes. In reality, all of us were sweating all night. In contrast, the following day we stayed in Mons and the experience was totally different. Foe 4-star hotel it is unacceptable.

Rooms were adequate with great Aircon. Bed was a little too squashy for my liking as I prefer a hard mattress. Staff were extremely friendly and bar well stocked.

A very decent family hotel with nice dining room and great breakfast. Decent room with good facilities. The area around seems to attract younger party goers in the evening and traffic can be noisy for part of the night though.

Nice, but a little bit old fashioned

The hotel ticked all the boxes for a short but comfortable stay. The room was clean and well furnished. The internet was in good working order and the breakfast was filling with a good selection. The room itself was on the small side, with the air conditioning unit by the entrance and then what is no more than a corridor (outside the bathroom) into the room. This means with the AC on, it is cooler here than the room as a whole (consequentially, as waste of energy). The hotel was previously part of the Best Western chain, and some of their old branding remains. The hotel would do well to remove any mention of this, as it is better than my general experience of the Best Western chain

We chose this hotel out of desperation. We rarely make advance reservations because we like freedom to decide how long we will stay. Most of the time it's fine' this time there was a festival and all was full except this 7.3 rated place in a no where town. Boy, were we pleasantly surprised! I usually find places overrated, this one, highly underrated. I would give it 9 plus. Everything from breakfast to room condition was outstanding. I guess it went thru a remodel since last rated.

It looks nice going in, but it is an old hotel and feels like it. A lot of old, wood furniture painted a strange green colour, showers you can easily fall in and a need to open all the windows to fight the musty smell. Breakfast was adequate, but not exceptional. It is probably the best hotel in the area so hopefully you only need a couple nights.

Space for a couple of chairs would have been a vast improvement but apart from that, the room was quite comfortable although a little cramped i.e. generally lacking in space.

A colleague recommended me this hotel, so I tried it and also some others in the area. I found Les 3 Cles the best option and keep coming back here. The building and rooms are in a good condition, everything is clean, service is friendly, Internet connection is good (at least on the second floor where I stay). Breakfast is good too, could use some more vegetables though.

We arrived around 8:30pm. By 9pm there were no food left from the restaurant and the hotel is far from a town. It's out of nowhere. We check out the next day and found out me and my little son, we slept in the same bed while my sister and my daughter slept on the other bed, me and my son got bitten by bed bugs or something like that. Terrible!

Hotel was fine for overnight stay a little far out for sightseeing staff very friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi was free so can't really complain but the signal was weak and several times disconnected.

Lovely big room with a small balcony. Set far enough back from the road so that road noise was not an issue. Good value Plat du Jour in the restaurant. Wifi was not working in our room.
