Very good hotel, large room and everything is nice. Location is very best one. Going to Shanghai? Always stay in Charms Hotel.

Comfortable rooms, fully furnished as in the picture. Good service. Staff can communicate in English with guests quite well. The location of the hotel is accessible to many surrounding facilities, such as metro stations, shopping centers, entertainment, famous places of Shanghai (People's Square, TV Tower, ...) .

It's old building hotel, so all things kinda old. But they have friendly staff who will assist you if you need anything. Foods was good. Only one thing that a bit disappointed me regarding the breakfast quota. I booked a deluxe room capacity for two person, written free breakfast. But the first morning when we went to have breakfast, our room card just show breakfast for one person on their system, then there was a bit arguing on the front desk, finally we got two breakfast quota. I just never experienced things like this with other hotel. It was kind of weird, when you booked a room for two with free breakfast but you only got one quota breakfast instead, and it didn't written down on the app that breakfast only for one. but overall it was good. Location is strategic, near to Nanjing Road, People Square, 20 mins walk to the Bund. I will stay here again, next time only need to double confirm about the breakfast quota.

I was lucky to get the big conner room with the window. The room is not perfect clean, but compare to the price it was ok to stay for 3 nights. The breakfast is also ok to have included in the package we choosed, it was not too fancy but enough for the breakfast. The location is very good, in the middle of Nanjing Road, It is very close to 2 subway station (People Square, and Nanjing). *Deposit request for 200Yuan, I paid by credit card(Visa accepted. and now waiting for the refund.

Ever read breakfast is only for one person, finally experiencing it myself. Please just write it before people order it so it's not trivial. The problem is that for business trips, one has to bother not to eat.

The air conditioning is broken, it's actually colder outside than in the room, the breakfast only for one person, no Information before the interior, not same as photo, it's very old but the location is great near Nanjing road and metro.

Don't stay here. Horror like hell / prison.

Very good receptionist service. The price is very affordable, the place exceeds price expectations. The location is very close to the city center, shopping center and metro, walking is also convenient, just comfortable.

The hotel staff is bitchy and the English is very chaotic. An old-fashioned hotel really needs renovation and improved management. Surprisingly breakfast is only for one person. if the location is really unfamiliar.

Strategic location near Shanghai shopping and culinary center.

It doesn't look as good as the picture here. But the location is so strategic, near the People Square metro and East Nanjing Road metro. 3 mins walk to East Nanjing Road shopping center. Many restaurants are still open until 12PM. Many Ofo bikes parked near the hotel which makes it easier to go everywhere. 1 KM from the Bund, 1 KM from the famous Yang's dumpling and Jia Jia Tang xiao long bao. The room is quite old with an old carpet. My room was without window (I intentionally buy it because that's the only left room that I got), but that's okay. It's still clean although you could smell the old carpet. The room has microwave, bath robe, bath tub, fridge, tv, hairdryer. The lighting is not too bright so don't expect it will be as bright as in the picture. If I return to Shanghai and can't find another hotel with the same budget, I will stay in this hotel again.

Very near the shopping district

The area is close to the tourism of the hotel, the inside of the carpet smells bad.

It should be written if the room has no window so that you can choose other room types.

The hotel is quite close to Nanjing Road shopping location just walk about 50 meters.

The hotel is old and the bathroom is very small and the breakfast is monoton..my pesen 1 room 2 people tp turns breakfast voucher only for 1 org ..
