Clean, nice rooms. But room was crazy hot. A/C only pumped out more hot air. Slept with the window open ...in January. In room coffee maker should also be standard. Staff was great though!

Very good hotel

We stayed for a week over new year. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is great, perfect for walking around the city or catching buses and the metro. Clue was in the title, ‘Atrium’ for which there was but it runs up the middle of the hotel and any noise of excited guests checking in or out echoes and can be heard in your room; the hotel wakes up around 7am. The room was adequate but dark and on the small size with one window to another outside atrium (not the one used in the picture of our email). Private bathroom with shower, deep bath and bidet. Irons and kettles available on request. Breakfast available as well as coffee all day next to reception.

Great location, amazing breakfast, friendly staff, comfy bed

We had a wonderful stay. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were well equipped with a hairdryer, bath and shower and added extras. Our room was cleaned every day to a good standard. Despite our room facing the main road we still slept well. The staff at the reception desk were always very friendly and helpful.

Overall the accommodations were good for the price. Bathroom was clean but needs a bit of updating. It is well located near the center of Barcelona and the staff were very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

The property is well located, safe and clean. Unfortunately, we had an issue with people heavily smoking in the neighboring room. After three sleepless nights and after calling security, they finally moved us to a different floor. This is too bad since the property is otherwise a good option downtown Barcelona.

What we like most about this property is the buffet breakfast. The staffs are helpful and friendly.

They didn’t give me the room that I booked from Expedia site , no tea or coffee in the room, very noisy and crowded no restaurant close by.

The location of the hotel is perfect and in close proximity to all the shopping and metro. We were able to check in early as well. One thing is the AC unit wasn’t working properly and it felt wet and humid in the room, they looked into it and nothing changed.

It is a convenience location. The room is good size. Staffs are friendly and helpful to provide local attractions around the hotel. It is an older building but was upgraded with quality materials years ago, not in recent fashion but elegant.

Very convenient location. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The rooms are good size and comfortable. Air conditioning is vary by rooms as I got 4 rooms and one of them is not cold enough. The free coffee is excellent for breaks.

The hotel was well located and of decent quality for the price. The staff was friendly and helpful. Cleaning was available daily and Drawbacks - elevators and air conditioning were showing their age. The bedding and towels were lower quality, and the WiFi was absolutely terrible in our room. Cell service was also poor in parts of the building so if an internet connection is important to you, you’ll need to ensure you’re in a room with better cell service or close to a WiFi point.
