This place is an absolute gem for travelers to the Capital Region. The property is clean, the rooms are lovely, and the staff is outstanding! I cannot sing enough praise for the front desk staff and the ladies serving the hotel’s outstanding breakfast — they are treasures. I also enjoyed a tasty dinner at the Century House restaurant and will eat there again on future trips.

Really like being able to communicate via text with guest services. All the necessities were available, tv, temp control, towels, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, coffee maker and disposable cups. Rooms did echo a bit not sure if it was staff or other guests.

Absolutely loved my stay at this charming and cozy hotel! The unique design created a warm, inviting atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Everything was spotlessly clean. The tasty soup offered upon arrival was a delightful and comforting touch. Highly recommend this gem!

It was great for visiting RPI. Breakfast was excellent.

Farm house design

This place is amazing! They had hot soup and hot towels for the guests upon arrival. Coffee, iced tea, infused ice water always available. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Highly recommend.

Has stayed here many times as we often have meetings there. Always pleasant and the breakfast is really good!

The only negative I could say is that the showers should a door that closes so the water isn’t all over the floor and it would have been nice if they had smart tv’s but other than that great stay

Overall amazing stay. Breakfast was the highlight of the visit. The newly renovated rooms are lovely, but the shower pressure leaves a lot to be desired. There is also no door on the shower so the water gets everywhere in the bathroom. Staff were kind and helpful and made our stay one of a kind!

It’s an older hotel without bells and whistles but a good economical choice if travelling and passing through. Nothing is walkable nearby.
