Very good value for money. The lobby working space was much appreciated

Amazing location and building. The room was nicely decorated and chic with very friendly and kind staff. Our favorite part was the morning breakfast! Delicious options and a great way to start the morning with my teenage daughter.

Nice and clean property!

Property and everything around is was great. I only wish that we got a balcony but since it was a 4 person room, they didn’t have any balconies for that:/ Otherwise, everything else was awesome, very clean.

Lovely little hotel, only downfall was the room walls are a bit paper thin, I could hear the noise coming from both sides of the room.

I had an initial reservation after booking as some of the photos of the property on some review sites showed dated facilities. This was not the case and the hotel has gone through a full renovation to have a pleasant cafe at the lobby to clean and modern decor in the rooms. Thoughtful touches throughout from the amenities to storage of your items. The location was a perfect base for my wife and I to explore Madrid by foot. Right off Gran Via and walkable to most of the major sights.

The hotel is very well located. Nice atmosphere and friendly service. Very clean, new and confortable. Nice that AC was on when I came in the room.

Staff very accommodating. ( especially Patricia at check in on Sunday morning!)Just steps away from Gran Via but my room was very quiet. Updated, fresh and clean. Interior elevator beautifully restored, open and visible from all floors. Very nice youth-inspired touches, for example if you want your room cleaned, hand the tag that simply says YES. If not, hang the tag that says NO. No wasted lettering— eco-friendly. Check-in area is small cafe and internet workspace combined. Clever use of space and pillows surrounding you. I was solo but seems family-friendly. Bunk beds built in the walls if you need them.

A perfect spot to get anywhere in the city

This was a cute, older hotel that has been beautifully renovated. The front desk area is small and shares space with a coffee shop and seating working area, which was a bit confusing at first — we initially thought it was just a café, but it’s actually where you check in. The location is excellent, right in the heart of everything. A great stay overall!

Great spot. Relatively spacious room

The hotel was very cute, great location and staff were super helpful and kind. Rooms were clean, and modern. I stayed there with my son and my sister, and we all enjoyed the hotel room very much. We would definitely stay there again.

It was clean. Check in occured at a separate restaurant. No directions to breakfast so can’t comment on that. Not worth what I paid (400 CAD)
