Remote for usual tourist. Expensive taxi ride from cruise port, 55 euros and 45 euros to air port.

Very nice hotel. Good size rooms and good facilities. However, no coffee is provided in the room only tea and that also not always topped up. No teaspoon to stir the tea. Towels are changed even if not on the floor which make it not very eco friendly. Recycling bin in the corridor are good thing. There is a lovely outdoor pool and a gym. Unfortunately the sauna and jacuzzi were out of service when we stayed there. Shuttle available for free to go to bus or metro stop with very friendly driver. Generally the hotel stuff is very nice. We had 1 lunch at the hotel. Reasonably price and very tasty. We didn't try the breakfast.

Busy hotel, standard service

A really nice hotel. Very nice rooms, excellent facilities and friendly staff. Quiet area too.

We stayed for 8 nights. Cleaning was good easy to go out for near by that area. Fresh air facilities was good as well.

Excellent staff and service, beautiful room and outstanding food at the ABBAmia

The hotel is current refurbishing many rooms with some areas unappealing during this time - this will only be temporary and would not stop me returning. The breakfast is a great selection with fresh hot gluten free rolls if needed.

It has very dated facilities - a bedside without any plugs for example?! And is quite distant from downtown or any dining/shops but close to the university and 8 mins from the metro. The staff are okay but we had a couple of weird exchanges.

Away from any real restaurants the ones that they have on the property have very confusing (and not written down) opening hours. The bar food was really terrible - the pizza we ordered was clearly a barely warmed frozen pizza (the crappy kind you’d get from a supermarket). Additionally, the room description said 25 sqm room but I’d be surprised if the size of the room was half that

The hotel is very nice, convenient and clean. Cleaning ladies were very nice and friendly. Can’t unfortunately say the same about 1 or two of the waiters/receptionists. But all in all I returned with a very good feeling about the hotel.

Room was Hot when we went in the room. After turning on AC it took a little bit longer for room to cool.

The hotel is good in general. Due to Covid the restaurant is open only for breakfast. The personnel is really kind. The only thing I didn’t like that much were the pillows (really a super minor detail).
