This was our fourth time staying here. Every time gets better and better. The staff was friendly and conscientious and she remembered my name (or memorized the units) when I checked out. This property is close to the south side beaches, the Poipu Shopping Village. The athletic club is top notch with a pool, workout facility, hot tub, and bar and restaurant. If you’re looking for family friendly with a kitchen I’m not sure this can be beat.

The condo was great, but there was literally no view of the beach unless you stand up and peer over the hedges that were NOT pictured. We were highly disappointed. We paid extra to have the ocean front condo to relax on the lanai and watch the beach, and instead we found ourselves staring at a bush. Would rather have had any other condo with a view.

The property is located to many attractions in the local area. The beach at the property is also a nice place to relax at.

What a view we had! We stayed in one of the ocean front condos and the view was stunning! The condo had everything needed in the kitchen. The iron didn’t work but I reported in on checkout and I suspect it’s been replaced already. My only complaint was the bed. There was a very thick topper that, in my opinion, has been over used. It became very compressed when we laid and i felt like i was being swallowed by quicksand. Waaaay to squishy and both my husband and i had some unusual body aches every morning. Fortunately, they all washed away with the first swim. We’ll go back for sure!

Having stayed at Planation 3 times before were saddened that the facility is now run down, expensive, and poorly maintained. The patio door did not shut properly, overhead lights and lamps did not work, nor did the coffee maker (so old the button labels had worn off. At least the shower worked, but that's the best we can say about it. Won't be going back there again, ever!

Wonderful stay, we wanted to stay forever!

The location is perfect! The grounds outside were well kept. It was inside the property that wasn’t great , especially for the price. It lacked severely in cleanliness! We had mice turds in the kitchen which I brought to the attention of the front desk twice. They did not seem to care. It smelled like mold in the living area. There were ants in the bathroom. The towels are rough and low quality, just like the tissue and toilet paper. It’s too bad because it is a beautiful location.

It is a very nice location and condo. But the cupboards were very dated, crooked and wouldn't close. They need to take the time to remove any left over stuff that has expired. You had to wiggle the dishwasher door to get it closed. The refrigerator had a water leak inside. We were on the lower level, and could hear EVERYTHING from the residents above us. Overall the resort is very nice and the people who run it to the great job.
