We were in 410 room and every morning noises coming from the cleaners rooms, hoovering and dragging things. The rest of the stay was good.

Hotel is nice and conveniently located. However the room I was giving was next to the elevator and the stairs, and I didn’t get any rest! Finally on the last nite I requested to be changed to a different room and they kindly moved me. Also the breakfast is very basic, not many choices.

No hot water in show 3 days during the stay.

First of all I want to say the service was fantastic. The staff were very very good. But, this hotel is in a business district, I had to work half day from the hotel room, there are no kettles in the hotel rooms to boil water, no coffee or tea making facilities. That is insane! I’ve never seen anything like it. Also, the restaurant isn’t open on Friday nights! I tried to get room service and it’s only for two hours every night but not Friday Saturday Sundays. I won’t stay again.

Excellent customer service, good room. Restaurant/Bar is a little under-whelming

Modern facilities, spacious and clean room, good temperature, bathroom was luxurious and clean. Breakfast buffet was okay, better than average. Our only complain was that the beds and pillows were not comfortable. They were very thin (considering it's supposed to be a 4 star hotel). This by itself will make it difficult to come back.

Room 017 was a very noisy one, open to the restaurant in the basement and the lobby. Room also smelled funny and I had to sleep with the window open

Main floor room was a little noisy in the morning across from the breakfast buffet. All in all great value stay. Would stay again

The staff are very helpful. Very clean hotel. I always stay here when in Madrid on business. close to shops and cafes.

First time in SPAIN !! started from Madrid Loved it !! Would definitely recommed staying here ..easy access to metro. Even during night time 15 mins walking from metro to the hotel very safe. Hotel staff was Excellent!! We had breakfast for 2 days ...good food. I am very picky with cleanliness but the hotel was very clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great housekeeping, rooms great size. Although shower are steep to climb in, but bathroom size great. The location is not touristy, but has a nearby grocery store and restaurants to dine in. Walkable distance to La Moraleja metro station and Uber ride to nearby other stations.

Just one night but good
