First room they sent me to smelled badly of smoke, obviously previous occupant had smoked inside of it even though this is a non-smoking hotel. I pointed this out to the Maid who was in the room next door, she was oblivious to this obviously a smoker herself. Also the room safe did not work. Immediately went back to reception and asked for a different room. This room was better but it had a high jacuzzi type bathtub and it was difficult for me to get in and out of due to a bad knee.during my stay. Breakfast was not that great, food was not kept warm is was always cold and limited selection. Staff was nice and laundry service efficient. The area the hotel was located in "Brooklyn Novo" is a nice safe area with many restaurants nearby. Can recommend the area. Would I stay at this property again next trip, maybe, but may look for an alternative property close by.

This property is located in a very nice area of Sao Paulo, much to do around. Was assigned a room went to the room and checked it out. Again as is typical 50% at All Hotels, the room safe did not work. They room had a bad smoking odor inside. I had to ask for a different room. Next room was "ok" but the bathtub was a problem. It was a jacuzzi type tub in which the sides were really high, I have a bad knee and it was difficult getting in and out of the tub. Breakfast limited selection and again served cold food because of no warming trays. Area around the hotel very nice and relatively safe. Lots of restaurants convenient stores etc. Property even though it is not that old needs to be remodeled. Few chairs in the lobby to sit in and those available are horribly uncomfortable. I would definitely stay again in this "Brooklyn Novo" neighborhood, but not at this hotel again.

Com 5 noites, o quarto só foi limpo uma vez. Tudo era uma dificuldade, tudo era impossível. Até o Ibis é muito melhor que esse hotel e uma fracao do preco.

Very good hotel with awesome bedding, and decent wifi. The service was good as well. It is nicely located in the Brooklin district that is pretty safe. The only thing I would improve is the water pressure.

I recommend this hotel. You can walk to a market nearby to purchase water or soda. Room has a small fridge. There are several restaurants in walking distance. Walking around in the immediate area appears fairly safe. Some staff speak english.
