Never again I had to leave only stayed one day. Emergency back home. Hotel said email us and we will send you forms for reimbursement. I spent 53 dollarcell phone carrier for domestic calls.trying to get the firms. Was hung up on like /9 times and never got the forms. They promised to call back no call back.

Tuvimos muy mala experiencia con los trabajadores eran super groseros desde la receptionists asta las personas que que están afuera sirviendo nos apagaron las luces de la piscina cuando todavía estábamos no solamente nosotros si no asta 5-6 familias más disfrutando de la noche. Incluso pusieron productos para la piscina mientras personas estaban adentro. No se los recomiendo en absoluto.

Remodeled room, spacious, bed was comfortable, ac perfect working condition. When you leave property your key deactivates for your safety so when we came back to property we checked in with front desk to get it re-activated. Gracias!

Nice place to stay but beds suck to hard.

Para el check in solo había una persona ayudando y fue muy tardado

No blankets only a sheet

Terrible room there was no hand towel or wash cloth. Went to front desk and all of they had was hand towel. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty had to have husband go to front desk for bar soap. Our room was close to the street (422) and traffic noise was so loud. Would not stay there again.

The light inside is very low

Clean rooms. Easy access to parking

We needed to ask for a change of room. The first assigned was not in good conditions. The second room was much better.

I didn't like service ask lady question was really rude .. There was bags in restroom shower

I’d only stay here if it was last resort the hotel rooms were dirty and the door keys didn’t work the weekend we stood and they didn't tell us till after we paid which sucked because we had to go to the front desk and ask for them to open our room doors both nights we stood there 1 out the 3 rooms we got had a working key for one day and then it stopped, the rooms had no towels and they seemed a bit dirty also the light switch don’t work only one does and it turns on all the lights in the room which is a hassle during night trying to use the restroom without waking everyone else up because in order to turn the restroom light the lights inside the room also turn on , only good thing is location and the pool area and patio area were nice

Room outdated but clean

Pool is not functioning and light switches are off (have to turn on the whole room to get the restroom light on) huge inconvenience at night when sleeping with other people.

First night we got there no hot water was provided. Till the following day we were able to shower.

Pool was out of service

No vending machines for ice
