Great place for a short stay near Gatwick Airport.

The first room was clean and the second one too. First room, TV had sound but no picture so they moved me. Very courteous. Second room, heating not on but they came quite quickly to put radiator on. All in all a good stay.

The room was very small and tired...but, the staff were very attentive, welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed.

Good English breakfast cooked to order. Luggage storage available. Room was fine. Bar available.

The staff was so kind. I enjoyed my stay there. Can visit again. Food was good too.

Helpful, friendly staff, a very nice meal and veey handy for the airport. We hope to visit again pn our travels.

Room was incredibly basic, floor was dirty, walls were dirty, bedding was stained. I dont know if we were above the kitchen but there was a VERY strong smell of food coming in to the room. The windows could do with an upgrade too since its on a main road. I would say you get what you pay for, although we had the superior room, so i would've at least expected a clean and presentable room. Luckily we were there just for one night but it wasnt a comfortable one.

The hotel is very basic but comfortable. It is very clean and the staff is excellent. There is a restaurant on-site and the food was very reasonable and delicious

The room was very clean, staff were friendly and very helpful. Very convenient location to Gatwick airport. The Whitehouse made the airpot transfer easy and hassle free. Good place to stay overnight for an early flight.

we came to reception to complain no one around tang bell a few times our room was unsuitable sheets cover and illow were dirty did'nt get much sleep could'nt get tv chanells we did get the man to pir room but he did'nt even try to help the room was horribl we had to wait nearly 20 minutes

Small outdated hotel but nice staff and convenient.

We had an overnight layover and this hotel turned out to be a great choice to rest and recharge. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the bar stayed open late with food options available. They also offer airport transportation at a reasonable price, which was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again if the need arises.
