Great room, very comfortable bed, good location, excellent breakfast - lactose and gluten free products available, tea and coffee in room, as well as a small refrigerator and safe in room. Highly recommend.

Great stay, great staff, great location wonderul food and facilities

Initially we thought the location was a little out of the centre but it was so well connected by tram, bus, and even the walk to central Gothenburg was only 20 mins or so. The hotel staff are helpful and the facilities are great. The breakfast was very generous especially as it’s included in the rate.

I found this hotel very. nice, it was in an area that was quiet and within walking distance of eating places and the main shopping mall. Breakfast was plentiful and varied with a hot and cold option. The bedroom and bathroom facilities were clean and comfortable.

The hotel was great, and an easy walk to the town centre. Breakfast was very good and it was nice to be able to have a sauna at the end of the day

Great location for Jacy’z spa.

I don’t think it is worth of nearly €200 per night. Room is very small, and I can hear the toilet flush sounds from next rooms.

Loved the room and wonderful buffet breakfast which is included but the only downside isl no air-conditioning. However they will provide you with a fan if asked.

Hotel was clean, room was spacious and comfy. Got breakfast included with the accommodation which is a plus. Quite bit of a walk from the tram stop though but the neighborhood still quite safe to walk at night.

Great breakfast and a nice room. There was a lot of dustfall, however, and there were hairs in the bathroom which I had to remove.

Super friendly staff, rooms very clean, very comfortable especially after travelling for 24hrs. We have enjoyed our stay very much 🙏
