No control over room temperature, no heating in the bathroom...

3 day stay. Quick efficient check in. Staff welcoming. Large hotel and room was big, clean and functional. Not luxury but perfectly ok. Breakfast very good. Goid access to public transport near hotel and easy walk into city centre with plenty of restaurants / bars etc Would stay again

Helpful staff and great breakfast

We had a comfortable, clean well kept room. We had a large balcony with a beautiful view of the cathedral. The breakfast was delicious and the train/ bus station was a short walk away. We will stay there again on our next visit!

Many different disappointments. First tried to talk to the hotel through hotels.com message and phone and noone answers at all. Checked in and the sofa bed was not made for the kids, we made it and it was very dirty under it and we had to move it to fit in the room 216, so the dirt was around. We had an old room that furniture need to be refreshed. Bed and sofa bed in a very poor conditions and extremely small TV. After a long day out we come back and no cleaning. I see only pictures of nice and new rooms and no pictures of other rooms, so be aware. Breakfast was good.

Nothing Special Over priced for what it was. Family room was small and cramped. One pillow and a ordinary breakfast. Staff where unsure how it access the parking garage ( yes you need your room key)

Great location, only 5-10 minutes walk from the train station and the center of town. The breakfast was also excellent. The room was large and very comfortable. No air conditioning, but it was cool enough with the window open. Definitely would stay again

Nice hotel, close to downtown in Linköping. It's posible to find street parking if you don't want to use the rather pricy hotel garage. Breakfast was nice, and well adapted to the situation with Covid now. Rooms comfortable. However no coffee machine or water boiler. Small gym, but clean

We had to change rooms because of water pipe noise and were put in a room overlooking a busy street where truck noise started at 6:00am. On the last night our neighbour was talking until 1:00am and we called the reception twice. The hotel was run down and honestly so were the staff

Have stayed here several times before and it was just as good this time. Had a larger room with a pull out bed. The bathroom was much larger than any I’ve had while here so that was great. Breakfast was very good and had a nice variety. The Hotels.com app shows a swimming pool but there is not one at this location.

Food stay. Comfortable beds and a good breakfast. I would recommend it to others who’ve are visiting Linköping.

Slitna rum

Trevligt bemötande , bra rum, ren lagom stor för 2 personer och bekväma sängar, kuddarna kunde vara lite större och fastare. Bra frukostbuffé.

Allt mycket bra, dock ett fläktljud som störde på rummet

Var tyvärr fel i beskrivningen att det skulle vara två enkelsängar och två sängar för barn. Var en dubbelsäng och en våningssäng. Personalen var ensam men försökte lösa situationen ändå. Tog tillslut och drog isär dubbelsängen och en fick sova utan madrass och den andra med dubbelvikt madrass. När vi redan lagt oss ringde de och hade hittat ett annat rum med enkelsängar. Men vi orkade inte kliva upp och packa om allt. Men förutom det lilla var det perfekt. Sov gott utan madrass på sängen ändå.

Vi har bott på detta hotell flera gånger förut. Är ett bra hotell. Men att det kostar 200kr att parkera bilen i deras hotellparkering under hotellbyggnaden är ju skamligt. Tvåhundra kronor. Nä, detta gör tyvärr att vi kommer undvika detta hotell framöver. Dock är resten på hotellet utmärkt! Frukost/hotellbar/rummet. Men betalar man då mycket man gör fö en natt så borde deras parkering inte kosta 200kr!
