The customer service provided by the staff was excellent. They need to improve the rooms its very outdated. The bed linens had a smell especially the pillows and there was no fridge in the room.

I had a wonderful experience here. Looking forward to visiting soon

Very nice and friendly staff

Terrible smell like humidity in the room, including bed. They switched to a different room and were better but still. First night can’t sleep for the situation. Need better cleaning on the carpet and curtains.

I guess you getting what you paid for. The rooms are old and dated and could do with some upgrading. However we were upgraded to a suit which was really nice of them, the room was very big and spacious but could do with some newer furniture. A lil mini fridge and some other amenities you accustom getting at a hotel was lacking. Breakfast could be better. But the staff was really sweet and accommodating. The location of the hotel is nice.

Not a bad hotel for the price. Could use a little maintenance. Sauna was broken and water in shower was luke warm. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a nice fruit infused water station at the front. The breakfast was good. Pool area was nice to hang out. For the price I would stay here again.

The property was clean the room was comfortable and spacious the view was great not to mention the breakfast also their staffs are very nice not to mention this one receptionist at the front desk I think his name is Alberto‼️ Oh lord he’s an Angel sent from above he understands English well and helps in every situation hats off to him, we didn’t get the chance to say goodbye because he wasn’t at work the day we left but big up you 💯 listen this property helps me to enjoy my trip book them now‼️👏

we arrived at the property and we didn’t even have towels in the room, we ask for some and we got dirty towels plus the hot water was not working and it was a strong smell in the room, we decided to leave, the worst hotel experience that we ever had; not recommended at all

The staff was bilingual, friendly, welcoming and helpful. I did not like that I had to ask for a towel several times before I received two the day after I arrived.

Nice staff friendly stay. Buffet breakfast is puny and expensive. Not worth the money. Eat someplace else. The room. No comfort to living area. Upright wood chair to view smart tv. No smart tv in Bedroom.

The room was old cold and unappealing. Capet was dingy and the the furniture were defaced and tattered. I was shocked honestly from what was advertised and what i actually found. I immediately asked for a different room, which was by far an improvement. At that stage i was happy to spend the night to leave in morning.

My room smelled bad moldy. My door lock was broken. The breakfast buffet was a joke and the room temperature was too hot. Their casino was closed.I canceled for good reason and went somewhere else. I went to Central Park, Hotel and Casino. Plus, I use your expedia app to do that. I would like a refund for my remaining days because I only stayed there one night. No one answers the phone and refusing request.

the location is perfect and room is huge and nice, the hotel needs some renovation but in general very good.
