Well trained and friendly staff

Very friendly, but poorly trained, staff. Breakfast being served at the table was a rare pleasure.

Building Exterior and grounds are beautiful - but room was very disappointing. Small and cramped with 1980 fixtures. Also, couldn’t find any hiking trails around the hotel and walkers are not allowed in paved golf walkways. Spa experience was very good.

Excellent from start to finish. Welcomed warmly, directed before having to ask, room was luxurious and adapted for my mum without requesting so assume all rooms are adapted. Food was just perfect. I loved everything about it. The grounds are ablaze with colour and manicured beauty.

We stayed for a friends wedding that was held in the hotel, staff were very friendly and the food was outstanding, rooms were clean and comfortable would stay again.

Very nice hotel. Good food. They had plenty of staff but like all hotels these days they lacked experience. But you cannot fault the hotel for that and it did not impact on our experience. I would return.

Beautiful property on the golf course. Outside the city of Waterford. Only took us 15 minutes to drive over to the medieval Museum and Waterford Crystal tour. Breakfast was excellent, and we had many choices.

This is a beautiful hotel, and the staff goes above and beyond to be helpful. The golf course was amazing as well. This is a definite getaway destination.

The property is in a beautiful location but the service was terrible. Most of the staff were teenagers with no customer service training.

The property was nice with good surroundings and quiet location. Price was pretty high for just another room. Nothing spectacular with the room or hotel. Would expect more for the price!

Limited dining options. Chechen and out with baggage and distant parking not convenient.
