Aside from a tiresome experience on day one where a pipe burst outside our room in the night and and lack of water the next morning, the rest of the stay was amazing. Staff was friendly and the property was very close to everthything . Would stay here again on my next trip . Thank you!!!

This was a great property - including free passes to Atlantis.

I’ve been coming here the last 3 years. This place is right next to Atlantis, Very convenient. The pool and restaurant are nice. The staff is nice as well. Its location and the access to Atlantis is what sets it apart. I’ll be back again next year

Love the value you get here and the staff could not be nicer and more helpful- the only issue we had was with opening up an open charge amount for the Atlantis which is cashless- when you put an ant on your credit card the deal is that you don’t need to bring the card to the property but not every area in Atlantis honors that also a reminder to make sure your card is activated daily so you can use it freely at the participating stores within the resort along with the food courts - this was a problem for us daily and we finally just brought a credit card with us so we could purchase food etc. - I would suggest just doing that from day one so you don’t get to the resort with no card or cash and have an issue with it. - otherwise this is my 3rd stay there and it was clean and so convenient to the Atlantis plus the wrist band for the day is a polis for young families who can’t afford Atlantis resort pricing. Staff and management all wonderful and so friendly.

Everything was right there. Really didn’t have to leave property if you didn’t want to. The staff is wonderful. Checkin was long, only one person checking guests in.

Although we were in the Bahamas for a family funeral, there were times where we were able just to walk outside and enjoy the property not just around this hotel but all of Paradise Island. The fact that we had privileges at the Atlantis was also a plus. Although we were not able to fully utilize the privileges, we most definitely enjoyed walking around the property sitting by the marina and just watching people for the times that we had just to sit and reflect. We really enjoyed the property and the staff and look forward to coming back.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the Atlantis and we were able to go there everyday. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and complimentary breakfast was great. Thank you for a great stay.

The hotel staff was great and the facility was very clean. I didn't notice any odors or stains. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff wasn't quite as friendly but that is pretty common in this area. Would recommend!

Great location, great staff. Other than that, everything else is just mediocre. The property definitely needs an update in every possible way. Nevertheless, they do well with what they have but certainly way overpriced.

ceiling has slight musty scent. Room on 1st floor is way too far from an elevator.. especially with luggage.

All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The manager went out of his way to make our stay even more enjoyable. We also enjoyed the breakfast, lunch and dinner at their restaurant. Fantastic pool as well. We will definitely be back. I honestly feel that the staff here were nicer, friendlier and more accommodating than the staff at Atlantis Cove which is where we stayed at last year.

They have the yummiest conch fritters :)
