It was fun

Your staff is horrible. Horrible wait to check in and now having to talk with orbitz to get refund because I was charged twice for my room. Check in took over 30 minutes, had to pay twice because they said my orbitz charge was pending just like every other credit card charge is pending when you pay something. Told me my orbitz charge would be canceled (it was not). Now charged twice and staff told me nothing they can do about that. Absolutely horrible service but that is par for the course in Panama as everybody from their airlines to resort have no sort of sense when it comes to customer service. Love Panama, hate the service so thanks for showing me even a resort like this that has the potential to be 5 stars can still find a way to mess that up. Absolutely 1 star

The whole vacation was great, food, entertainment, beach, pools, rooms. Everything was great. Im coming back. The beach was awesome.

Todo fue espectacular, pero el check in fue una total basura, como siempre. Hablan de reglas que no comunican en ningun lado de sus páginas y tratan al cliente como si fuéramos ignorantes. En el bar el bartender trato a las personas de una forma despectiva solo porque no le piden las cosas como a ellos le enseñaron. Deben tener empatía con clientes y considerar que NO todos saben lo que van a pedir y preguntan para saber si prueban algo nuevo. Empatía es la palabra

Everything you need in an inclusive beach resort if you are going for the beach and to be outdoors.

The hotel was amazing but some of the staff were very rude specially the bartender

For the price and location, it's ok. Could be a little cleaner, food could be a little better. Almost IMPOSSIBLE to figure out how to check in.

I will definitely be coming back to this resort drinks included was great especially Decameron Royal for those who love whisky. Food was great as well.

Peaceful, really nice staff and the food is good.

There is a good amount of dining options and the staff are polite. The entertainment is excellent, the entertainment team put a lot of effort in their work.

Should add more chairs along with umbrellas near the pool area

I didn't like that the sliding glass door with the ocean view was cloudy... It obstructed the ocean view until you open the door and leave it open

The place not kept up.But for as old as it was it was fine. 1 of our group got sick after a meal after being there for 3 days, vomiting all day and eve. Staff was rude, managment was rude. They have this con you out of money thing going on. They offered us to join a multivacation affiliate program. They wanted 45k up front and 500 a month for 5 years. When we said no they dropped the price to like 10k and 115 a month for 5 years.Scam alert! Super pushy. They offer 2 dicounted nights at one of there resorts. The discount comes out to about 15usd. Lost 2 hours of beach time for that crap. I wont be back. Its not worth the money and the food was ok. Drinks were ok. I would not advise you to try this place.

It took nearly an hour to check in and a half an hour to check out. No elevators on the property. It is a good value for the money, but bring your patience

It’s cheap resort. The worse check in ever, lot of people complaining, have to wait for almost 2h to get my room, nobody help in you, just horrible ! Internet was terrible! Couldn’t get WiFi most of the time. Food was cheap, reservation for dinner at any restaurant was limited, have to wake up at 7am to make it, ridiculous! Gym is super small and poor A/C No A/C at the restaurants, lobby, hot everywhere If you want to safe money, do it, but I wouldn’t come back, I won’t recommend it Prefer pay little bit more and get something decent

I had not been to Decameron since 2016 - the property still looks the same a bit aged. The service and quality of food went down a lot. We have many memories of this place when we used to come every year with our kids. It’s dear to my heart but not sure I would recommend it for a first timer in Rio Hato Panama

Great service

Based on our experience today, we'd give it a 9. We don’t give it a 10 because there's a long wait to check in, which is really annoying. We had to wait in line for an hour and a half. The resort should hire more check-in staff. But once we got our keys, everything was great. We'll definitely be back.

Great resort. Nothing can go wrong when you stay at Decameron Resort!!
