El hotel está limpio y tiene todo lo que necesitas para tu estancia. El staff es amable aunque en el restaurante tardan en atender.

Estancia por negocios muy rápida. El lugar muy bien mantenido, muy limpio, excelente atención del personal desde el primer contacto. El desayuno en el restaurante Del Pueblito delicioso, buen café y excelente sabor y presentación del platillo. Nada como despertar con un glugluteo de los pavo reales...

Beautiful huge courtyard with peacocks! Restaurant was quite good, and the service was excellent. I appreciated being able to charge my car overnight. The rooms are a bit like a monastery, but mine was big. They should reduce the light at night, but otherwise everything was fine.

The location, property, service, food and staff were superb. However our room had several issues. We arrived at midnight and the water was not running. So we could not even flush the toilet. They sent a plumber who told us the water was shut off due to some maintenance. While this is not Unreasonable, they should have let us know as soon as we checked in or give us another room that worked properly.

For the past 5 years my wife and I have stayed st this location at least 2 times a year as we travel between Houston and Puerto Escondido Mexico. It is a delightful experience.

The rooms are dated but the overall experience of staying at such a wonderful property makes the experience worthwhile. Everyone should stay here at least once.

I arrived 2 hours before check in time, the room WAS READY, but I had to pay of I wanted to take the room early.

It was really bad. The place was dirty and old, and there were cockroaches (photo attached). I tried to cancel my stay, but I spoke to the front desk, and they told me that Expedia would have to contact the hotel. I contacted the Expedia helpline, and they told me they had tried to contact the hotel, but there was no answer. The front desk staff showed very little interest on helping me they were just indifferent.
