A welcome check in. A good spacious room with a nice view.

Clean room. Nice staff

Clean, bright and large room. Near to bus stop, easy access to Palma and the airport. Food was delicious, along with hotel facilities. Attentive and helpful staff. Will happily stay again.

Hotel Leo was excellent value for money. Everywhere was really clean. Breakfast and evening option was good with a varied selection. My room and bathroom were a bit small, but adequate for a solo traveller.

We had a really lovely week here celebrating my partner's birthday. The team even made the effort to write him a card! 24/7 reception desk was great, very clean and tidy. Breakfast was excellent value for money. Would stay here again.

There was a mosquito in the baked beans at breakfast, however my sons beans didn’t have them by the time he came down a few mins later, unsure if staff removed it or he just dodged, check in was very very slow couldn’t find my booking then tried to give two rooms when 3 was booked, rooms itself id Say is a 3 star overall ok stay but not the best Wouldn’t return here again but okay if You want a cheap base luckily we was only Here for 3 nights. Breakfast I only had croissants as the rest just didn’t even look appitising .

The House keeping was awesome! They were always so friendly. In the restaurant we were never asked if wanted a drink and ignored. Always had to go find them and ask. Air con was terrible. Didn’t work

I travelled for work and used the facility shower and sleep. I was all day out for work and had to return back at the hotel for shower and a change of clothes before dinner with clients. Unfortunately, the hotel had a water supply problem which they were working on hours. They deactivated the phones due to high number of calls related to the water supply. Overall, I am unhappy with the stay. I had to leave the hotel with extra layer of deodorant and perfume. Great location, very close to the airport.

check-in was okayish, but there is much room for improvement in terms of friendlyness. why only handing out just one key card for two guests? i know pictures are often different from room in reality. but the superior seaview room advertisement pictures are completely different than the room i got. the front desk assured it was no mistake.
