Great front desk staff!! Very helpful and pleasant. Not super impressed with the housekeeping. Garbage by tge back door was overflowing when we got there and did not get cleaned up until late the next day. Cigarette butts on the patio by our door were gross..we don't smoke. They were still there when we left and we stayed two nights. There was no kleenex in the bathroom and when I went to wash my hair in the morning there was no shampoo in the dispenser. Bed was comfortable and room was otherwise clean. Had trouble with the tv but the girl at the front desk came right away and straightened it out.

The room is a bit dated but was expected. However the A/C was cold but we had to turn it off as it was so noisy and rattling. So given it’s summer the room got progressively warmer and resulted in a terrible sleep

It was close to everything

Very nice hotel. Especially the heated outdoor pool was the highlight of our trip.

Room was very clean. Bathroom good, shower to die for. Everything was great, bed very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Nice location and staff but carpet was sticky and had a black residue. It desperately needed a clean. We also found a piece of glass on the carpet.

Convenient location. Room was quiet and clean.

Rooms were not cleaned when we checked in.. There were crackers on the floor by the bed. The was a hair pin on the floor of the other bedroom that my son stepped on. Disappointing for how much money we paid. Breakfast was nice though.

Clean, comfy, affordable and oh, what a jacuzzi!

Carpet was not clean. Patio doors damaged, could not be opened. Entrance door to building not secure. Electronic lock broken. Outside patio doors dirty. Room was not as shown in Expedia listing....not "Park view". Could not sit on patio, no privacy, parking lot.

Courteous service and clean rooms and great amenities.

Great staff Clean Breakfast was nice

It was a good experience, decent hotel to stay at for a few days.
