We love this hotel and use it every year for our GenCon trip. It's an easy drive from the ICC and Lucas Field and other downtown Indy locations. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly. We will be coming back in 2026. I

TV didn’t work, handle on sink faucet came off, handle on toilet handle came off, chargers on night stand didn’t work. The receptionist at check in was very friendly.

Extremely friendly staff! We loved the room- comfortable, spacious, clean. We traveled for athletics, so the kitchenette was nice for light meal prep. Breakfast was decent- variety of food groups to choose from, including grab and go items. Pool was a little grimy looking. Third party booking said parking was free, hotel website states a charge- so, that was conflicting.

Love the property, customer service and amenities just takes forever to receive your deposit back

My daughter and I had to change hotels as this hotel had black mold in the room and I’m highly allergic to Mold. The pool ceiling collapsed the week before we checked in.

Perfect stay

Well, it seems they never finished cleaning my room. The fold out couch was open with the cushion on the floors, the garbage cans under the sink were full, there was a used bar of soap on the bathroom counter, the extra blanket bag was open with the blanket half way out. However, the bed was made and there were what seemed to be new towels in the bathroom. The kitchenette counters were clean although there were used pods in and next to the coffee machine. The people that worked there were all very nice!

Clean quiet property. The woman at the registration desk was one of the friendliest people I've ever met.

Very helpful front desk personnel. A lady named Peaches an the lady who worked the shift before I checked in at 3.

Receptionist Peaches was very friendly and attentive.

The woman working front staff during our stay was incredibly nice and warm. Rooms were decent, spacious, and very convenient that they had kitchenettes.

Very very nice, clean hotel with comfortable beds. My only 2 complaints are that the windows opened, but there was no way to prop them open and there was no full length mirror in the suite which was a real bummer.

It was so quiet and the room was nice

First room was fine until we tried to leave to get something to eat. The deadbolt was stuck in the locked position, so we had to change room. So while changing rooms we went back to recheck and someone stole my meds. The front desk personnel was good.

Traveled down to Indy for my daughters bowling tournament from northern IL. Location was very good and the staff was amazing. Only complaint I would have is that I would like to see a separate bin in the room for recycling. Other than that no complaints at all!

They over booked, took my money, and sent us to a small and inferior hotel. The other hotel sent to invoice to Residence Inn at a cheaper price and Residence Inn pocketed the difference. Other customers given same treatment. I want a refund.
