Very comfortable, very clean. Desk clerk was very nice and welcoming. Room was spacious. The window shade could be better, but I would stay here any time.

It was clean

This hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast could be better and more utensils in the rooms, but overall I was pleased and felt safe.

Comfortable rooms, comfortable beds, immaculate, great stay

Overnight stay for procedure in the morning. This Comfort Inn, had a wonderful staff, was room was clean and pleasantly scented, beds and pillows were great, and was spacious and comfortable. Great value for you $$! We will stay here for our next trip to Tyler!

The stay was fine.

We had a suite and there was no table to sit at to eat, play games or fellowship with each other

Check in went very smoothly! The room was very clean but the bathroom had some mold. I fighted at my house so I'm not too surprised. The towels hung beautifully in the bathroom! We could hear the people in the room next to us and above us. That was a little bit of a bummer but for the most part, it was a very nice room. I would not avoid it the next time we go through Tyler! Breakfast was your normal Continental breakfast. The eggs were empty and whatever was next to the eggs was gone also. There was sausage so I got that. I'm always a big fan of the Make it yourself waffle maker! Unfortunately, the batter was out also. I did get a cup of coffee and some juice. The pool looked beautiful. The workout room was small but very adequate! They had a nice welcome water at the front but no cups to drink... Not stocked also.

The bathroom shower had mold in the corners , the bathroom door had been wet at one point and had some type of tack looking things , bathroom faucet Handel was loose

There was a young lady at the front desk that went over and above to me with my reservations. That was wonderful!

The site never mentioned that they were under carpet renovations. Came in room to 1 of towels dirty, the breakfast was trash and nasty; no honey, brown sugar or even hot chocolate. Breakfast ends ant 9:30 and the lady walked by at 9:19 and pulled the warmer plug from the outlet. Our bathroom door smelled of poop! It was all around an unpleasant stay for the price paid. I only booked this hotel because it sleeps 5. I should’ve known it was a cheap franchise when I saw they wouldn’t refund once paid. I would NOT stay here again for the money I paid!

Being remodeled so some iffyplaces

I wish I was told about the remodeling that was currently happening. Breakfast was not appealing. Eggs were wet with water and potatoes looked like they needed to be cooked longer.

I like the property because it was convenient for us to go shop and eat. I didn’t like the room because a piece of the carpet was pulled out, the coffee is placed in the bathroom to use and no closet to hang clothes. It was hanging rod as you walk in the door that the kids and I were walking into every time. Breakfast is too early and shuts down too early. One bed poke you when you get in the bed. I know they are in the middle of upgrading so I don’t know if adding closets and new beds is part of the upgrade as well.
