One of the dirtiest hotels i’ve stayed in EVER! I took a nice video to prove it

Good price but old and had an odd smell in the room. No charging station for electric car.

room was ok, bathroom was terrible, very dated, and falling apart, shower pressure was horrible, breakfast setup was not convenient, it was sit down so if you expected to walk in grab 2 thing and a coffe and leave, this was not it. not sure the pet policies, but there was a large dog that barked.

The hotel is very dated, piece broken off of furniture, plugs, didn’t work, hairdryer didn’t work, fridge didn’t work.

Overall good, bit noisy at night. Staff at reception is not explaining properly how you can get an included into price breakfast, coupons that they are providing, gives only discount, does not pay the whole breakfast from restaurant nearby. Restaurant staff also is not going into details when you showing up for a breakfast with coupons but giving you a regular menu to choose from which is not completely covered by coupons. So "included" breakfast is not completely free if you're choosing from menu.

TV unavailable. Cable box had been removed from the room. Duty person was unable to provide us with one. Facilities are dated.

The hotel from the outside looked inviting but however once entering the lobby and reception area was not up to expectations. The hotel itself walking up the stairs was not vacuumed and dust everywhere. The room was not very inviting as we had travelled 12 hours to reach the hotel. The room was not what one would have expected. I have stayed at numerous Quality Inn And Suites and this hotel would not be one of my choices. Sorry but you asked for feedback. As a large hotel chain one would have expected quality through out.very dissatisfied.

Staff friendly. Breakfast restaurant next door so friendly and pleasant, just great. Very convenient with our dog. Beds very comfortable. Place looking a bit worn.

The room is clean. Bed comfortable. Breakfast was very good and staff were friendly and helpful.

The bedside lights and plugs were out of order. The electrical outlet by the coffee maker was also not working so it was inconvenient to charge devices overnight. We stayed 2 nights and there was no housekeeping during our stay.. As well, we complained at the front desk about the electrical issues noted above and they were not addressed. The room and bathroom were clean and they issued vouchers for breakfast in the attached restaurant, but the room was overpriced for what we got..

This hotel is not new, but the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was polite and attentive. The included breakfast in the adjacent restaurant was good and served rapidly.

Good
