Our third stay at The Chamberlain. Very smart room and beautifully furnished. Only criticism is the mattress - I felt like I would fall off wgein lay down

Good hotel

This hotel was perfect in every way. Great too, great food and great staff. Highly recommended and we will be back.

Great stay here. Easy access to the tube. Breakfast was delicious. There was A/C but it wasn’t working correctly. Had to use fans with windows open.

Rooms too dark Not enough lighting. But other than everything 5star. Breakfast was so good! Had a menu and everything free!

Wonderful friendly staff. Breakfast was so much better than most hotel breakfasts I've had in London. The room was clean and had a cosy feel to it. I didn't hear any noise during the night and with the recent hot weather, the air con was blissful. Top marks all round.

Perfect location to sight see. Breakfast is great and plentiful. Rooms spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. Definitely staying here on our next trip to London.

My stay didn’t start well. The room was indefinitely hot with hot air being pumped into the room. No one on the night staff could fix it and it wasn’t sticky well handled (and no offer to move me to another room). The following day I was moved to a better room and the rest of the week was great. Shame about the poor start but it was ultimately good

The hotel is charming and our room was spacious and beautifully appointed. Staff were helpful and friendly and we loved the complimentary drink when we arrived. Breakfast was delicious, so much variety and again, helpful staff.

Delightful boutique hotel within walking distance of the Tower of London and the financial district. Breakfast is a must and the rooms are always amazingly comfortable. I have stayed here each time I have been in town and will definitely be back!

Wanted a hotel that we could get to the O2 and Stratford easily from, great choice of transport options very close to the hotel. Smallish room but had everything we needed including lovely touch of fresh milk in the fridge. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice.

A lovely hotel in the heart of the City. Well equipped rooms and fantastic breakfast included. My go to hotel.

Welcoming receptioninst, clean room and bathroom, friendly bar and breakfast staff and nice touch with the drinks voucher too to unwind. Good location for eateries and public transport.

The hotel is in a fantastic location 5 min walk from Tower of London and tube station. The room was fab and in a quiet location at the back of the hotel. Breakfast is lovely. You order from a menu for the hot breakfast and then there is a self service selection of pastries, fruit and cereals. Would recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay again when we visit London again.

The hotel staff were GREAT

We had a really good experience at the hotel. The staff were very helpful with storing luggage before check in. The room was comfortable and spacious and breakfast was delicious with lots of options.

The foremost important thing for me is to be able to get a good night sleep. No issues with that whatsoever 🙂 Very comfortable bed, great blackout curtains, good sound proofing between rooms and efficient Aircon unit, easy to use. Mini fridge in room a bonus, with real milk as not to ruin the delicious Nespresso complementary pods. I was also very pleased with the shower, toiletries and hairdryer. I'd happily stay again.
