Great bed , brilliant location

Nice clean room with lovely roof terrace. Received free drinks voucher to use in the pub next door.

We had a fantastic stay! Would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were all lovely, the bar was great and we got a drink on the house from the hotel, snacks/drinks included in the room. The location was brilliant. We had breakfast in the morning that was included in the price and it was fresh and so nice. The room was immaculate and really nicely decorated. All in all a great stay!

Hotel itself is very pleasant. I enjoyed a good sized room with excellent shower and bath. Very clean and well laid out. Great location very close to Aldgate tube station and about a 7 minute walk to Liverpool Street tube station. King size bed was two twins with a soft topper mattress which created a dip in the middle but slept ok. Bar staff and breakfast staff all very polite and helpful but Check In was terrible. Arrived at 2.15 pm and was greeted by what can only be described as a grunt from the "gentleman" behind reception counter. He was simply rude and disinterested. No form of welcome or smile. The worst check in experience I can ever recall. For the price point, the hotel facilities are very good but I simply would not stay here again given how unwelcome I was made to feel on arrival.

Lovely clean hotel in good location & a decent price, nice friendly staff, bar, room safe, iron & nice shower. Breakfast was great & a wide range, slightly disappointed as the food wasn’t warm enough. Definitely recommend.

Clean room, stocked every day, great staff, great breakfast

Booked last minute having never stayed before. Was very pleased with my choice. Stayed in a superior deluxe which was very comfortable and quiet. Yes, there was a rumble from the underground but I’ve had much worse near St Pauls. Would definitely book again, only thing I could pick up on was the toiletries were not my choice, so I’d bring my own next time.

Great hotel with comfortable bed!

Exceptional hotel! What an incredible stay. All staff were so friendly and warm on check in and check out. It eas a special occasion and they decorated the room romantically, it was so wonderfully specail. Room was so luxurious and immaculate! Best hotel and service I ever experienced and excellent value for money too.

All good from start to finish, would highly recommend. Lovely big clean rooms, really comfy beds, breakfast was great (even though not sure on the streaky bacon over back bacon) but will definitely stay again. Couldn’t fault it.

The room was fantastic, great decor and large. Hotel overall was great, looks like it’s recently been renovated. We celebrated our anniversary and they decorated the bed with swan towels and rose petals.

The room was spacious, there was excellent amenities in the room - coffee machine, fresh milk, ironing board and large towel selection. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. The welcome drink was a lovely bonus when we arrived.
