The property needs a renovation. The carpet was dirty and had a dirty feeling. Everything was outdated. I was double charged due to a system used (Canary). I will say Danielle was a God send and actually took the time to listen and helped me resolve the issues with being double charged. Was an inconvenience because I was leaving for a cruise that day, thankful I didn’t have to rely on the money charged (196.15 and 264.15). Some of her coworkers could learn a thing or two from her. Thank you again Danielle aka Mary :-). Would not recommend hotel, not like other Holiday Inns I stayed at before.
