The staff is courteous. The room could have been cleaner, Our feet got black on the bottom. There was an old Band-Aid under the TV in the bedroom. The toilet seat in the master bathroom was very loose. The concierge was and is always very pushy!! When told we do not want to sit in on the 2 hour promotion they push back too much. The cable was very poor going in and out. The WIFI needed to be reset everyday.

We arrived late for our first night stay and went right to bed. Woke up early next morning and left for the whole day. We arrived late again and when we got in the condo, there was a big cockroach on the counter near the sink. When we looked closer at the sink, we noticed lots and lots of very small ants around the sink. I immediately went to the front desk to advise. The front desk team were great and changed us condo without hesitation. The second condo was good and without issues.

Excellent resort - clean, perfect layout. Excellent for a family or couple hosting guests. Would definitely recommend.

Great place! We had a nice apartment, with a complete kitchen, two bedrooms, and a balcony. It was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Everything was spotless! Very roomy and loved having a kitchen. I couldn’t have asked for anything better and we will be coming back!

Clean room, kind staff, very nice pool area, plenty of towels in bathrooms and towels for pool. Washer and dryer was awesome. We had a great stay! Very close to the Disney Transportation center (for monorail and ferry)

Room was very clean. There were some very tiny ants crawling on kitchen counters. The staff was very courteous and accommodating. Small suggestion… grab bars need to be installed in the shower. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The front desk staff were very friendly n nice when we arrived. They were able to get me the room i had requested in advance when i made the reservation. The room was very nice. It was comfortable and very clean. Everything was pretty new and in working order.

Overall good experience. But master bathroom did not have door letting all the sunlight come into the bedrrom as early as 6am.

The list is endless... we were not expecting what we were looking at wgen we opened the door. This is now are go to place to stay when we're in Florida.

Staff is friendly upon check in, room was clean. Staff is quick to fulfill requests within reason. Easy to communicate with staff via text after check in. Only negative is no elevators.
