We left a day early. Room was dirty. AC fan was so noisy we had to turn it off The facilities shown in the advertising are only available for a $60 upcharge. Very misleading.

Our room was not cleaned for several days.

It was great to have a discount for the spa, but we were in a room just off the salon and it felt like we were in a room hastily put together.

Clean and comfortable rom but refills hadn’t been done on the toiletries, no body wash at all and just a few tissues. No access to the pool unless you buy a spa package.

Bell grand chambre, belle emplacement.

Very good and comfortable stay. Proximity and discount to the Spa were a huge plus. Very friendly personnel. Will stay again for sure, if I get a chance.

Elegant, spacious

The room was nice and big but the shower was not draining properly and the water pressure was bad so definitely some updates to be made as everything is quite old looking.

Service was not good. Old structure not very well maintained.

Wonderful upgrade for a nice loft. Thanks! A place to close to home but so comfy and enjoyable. Thr spa is a must, followed by a dinner in the terrace...

The staff accommodated us on short notice, and the room was clean and comfortable. The grounds were beautiful, and the food at the restaurant was very good.

Be aware that the swimming pools, jacuzzi, sauna, etc advertised on their website is NOT free, there is an expensive fee to use it, it is belonging to a spa attached to the hotel. I did not appreciate the surpize on arrival.

Excellent facilty and spa

I was really looking forward to a 4 star experience with this hotel but sadly it felt more like a 3 star hotel. I booked the king suite through Expedia and picked this room as it was advertised as having a deep soak tub, the one thing I really wanted. However, after checking in and checking out the room, we found only a shower. Feeling defeated after driving for 8 hours,we went down to Ono for a bite to eat before going to the front desk. The service in Ono was slow and not very friendly. We ended up having to get up and ask for a dessert menu and eventually ended up spending almost 2 hours in the restaurant for our food. When we finally made it back to the front desk to inquire about the tub, we were told there was nothing that could be done because we didn't come to the front desk right away and that we should have called to verify and ask for a tub, yet the site advertised the room as having a tub only. One light in the bathroom didn't work so it was not well lit. The makeup mirror didn't work, and there was an outlet beside the bed that didn't work. Overall the room was clean but the customer service was lacking. I did not have a great stay.

Belle place. Superbe grande chambre. Sauf pour le dejeuner. Petit patate congeler pas de gout. Surtout pour le prix. 19$. Le lendemain nous avons été dejeuner a l'extérieur.

just very nice overall

The spa is very very good. Check in extremely slow and basic. The restaurant was terrible. Our pasta was too garlicky and the pizza was basically a very small naan bread and it was very over priced ($30).
