This hotel definitely needs some TLC. We had a family room with sofa bed but ended up having to change rooms when the sofa bed broke. Slats were held together with tape which didn't provide much comfort. Chairs in both rooms as well as the common areas were coming apart so it seems like it's time for some work on reviving the place. The staff however, were lovely and as helpful as they could be.

Great location, great staff, rooms small but standard for what you get in UK.

We had a great stay, couldn’t fault anything. The room was very clean as was the shower room. Great selection for breakfast & the offer of 2 for £19.50 was good value. Location is very central & within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

Location excellent, window broken so very hot as was the weather could do with a refurb as some areas looked like a building site also could do with highlighting the fact that it’s in a green zone before booking as we came by car and it’s very expensive to enter and leave (£60 to enter city and £120 to leave as it’s a separate day which will be halved if paid within 14 days ) got discount for q park which is a bonus but getting an email day before stating these facts would have been a shock luckily for me I contacted hotel who gave my code and I found out myself about the green zone from a friend

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location excellent for all forms of public transportation, and excellent Italian and Indian restaurants and the Mackintosh Willow Tearoom nearby.

We enjoyed our trip to Glasgow as the location of this hotel was excellent. I did feel that our room was okay but the air conditioning unit was noisy. The tv channels were limited as I was travelling with my teenage daughter I would have liked the ability to connect to my Netflix…. account. This was something we were able to do upon a previous stay in Glasgow. All in all it was fine.

The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly and accomodating. We stay in hotels often and this was the best, staff wise. Good size room and excellent location for getting around the city. Free tea, coffee and water available and they lent us good quality brollies when it rained. Would recommend.

Lovely, kind and helpful staff. Beds were comfortable, and rooms were clean. Hotel bar lacked ambiance, but was satisfactory. Location was convenient. Would definitely choose again.

Exceptional hotel that has everything you need. Great location right in city centre. Rooms were spotlessly clean and well equiped. One of the things I like is that the rooms have a small fridge in the wardrop .. makes such a difference. Parking is available at a discounted rate at Q park car park right next door to hotel. Breakfast was terrific with great choices. No negatives with this hotel.
