Great property

Nice and convenient

I like the services provided and the breakfast menu is quite good. I also forgot my toothbrush but the receptionist provided me and my son with temporary that we managed. Thanks Hampton Inn

You don’t eat when you want to except you order it, and it takes whole night to reach you maybe due to the distance. I would prefer a restaurant in the hotel itself.

It was an amazing stay the whirlpool didn’t work but besides that everything else was perfect

Every member of the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. The outside courtyard and inside lounge were really nice. The pet friendly feature will ensure our return trips. The breakfast selection could have included more items and the coffee could've been a darker roast, but were also really good. Very pleased!

The shower was broken, failed to move us to another room in a timely fashion. Gave us down graded room and said no other rooms were available, but during check in another guest was told they did have suites available. When checking out I was told the manager Stephanie would contact us on what they would do to resolve this. She never called. I called and was only offered 15K in points.

There are many kinds of breakfast food, and it was a different menu every day. It's fantastic.

Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had staying anywhere and I travel be try often. I paid full price for a room that I couldn’t even hear the tv, talk on my phone, take a nap or anything! Absolutely ridiculous! I have several videos of how loud the construction noise *Right above my room* was. Then the lights flickering randomly. I’m appalled that this place would even let people book these rooms. Nobody was prepared for the misery of that trip! Never EVER again will I stay in a Hampton inn!

Easy in and out close to the mall and convention center. Only downfall for the price was the breakfast hot bar tasted like food left in a heating tray for days.

Great location

Though still under construction for our stay, the noise and activity was very minimal. Barely knew anything was happening if you were inside as conscious effort was made to minimally disruptive to guests hotel was very clean, staff was delightful, breakfast was nicely done and there was ample space for breakfast service seating patio was also very nice with the fire pit area and television outside. Pool was too chilly for us to test, but looked very clean and fitness center was nice to have

friendly staffs and good location

I could hear the "peppy" elevator music in my room at night. The TV appeared to be over a decade old and would pixelate between channel changes. The bed was very squeaky. The staff was super friendly and the room was clean enough, but they definitely need to turn down the elevator music and make some updates.
