The bed was comfortable... but hard to relax in a room that is clearly not clean - I would have left if we hadn't arrived after our children's bedtime. The very dingy, holey hung up backwards curtains fell on me when I tried to close them. The mini fridge didn't work at all. I would have talked to the desk clerk but he was clearly just a butt in a chair. Overall, would definitely not recommend.

The staff were not professional

loved the location of the Hotel, for the high price of a two night stay I would have expected all of the amenities to work including the hot tub. we were also surprised that when arriving at 230 we could not check in until exactly 3pm.

Wonderful views of the ocean!

The location is amazing and the hotel was ok. We were there for 2 days and our room didn't get cleaned, i don'tknow if we were forgotten or they just don't clean daily. The restaurant wasn't great but other than that it was pretty good.

It was dirty, very run down.. for the price you only paying for the view, the ocean was great.. For the price of the room you should at least get free coffee down in the restraunt. And I have never heard of a hotel having Roku instead of some sort of cable the Internet sucked so couldn’t connect, but our remote was missing anyway so.. just in conclusion not worth it don’t book here

You only stay in this hotel for the location! The hotel is older, but was clean and had comfy beds. It was really loud with the type of flooring, you can hear everything around you. We were on the second floor and it was really loud in the hallway and the room above. But the access to the beach was worth it. The restaurant is understaffed but the staff was friendly.

Property was great and the restaurant actually allowed my pup inside it so I could eat! The nearby lighthouse (which I was hoping to explore) does NOT allow dogs just fyi! Not a knock on the hotel, just letting yall know in case you were curious!

Beautiful view, however not as clean as we expected.

Awesome location but I have never received such terrible service. I don’t mind that the majority of the staff are teenagers or wear whatever casual clothing they seem to choose but it clearly doesn’t stop there. Apathetic and unprofessional in every aspect. I had no lights working in my room so I told the front desk to which he handed me a light bulb. So I’m expected to find a ladder and change out all the bulbs in my room? The electrical outlets were all broken and had exposed wire which is dangerous for my 2 year old who likes to everything. I asked for change for a $20 so I can do my laundry, he said he didn’t want to count it out and asked me to go somewhere else for change and after that the laundry was out of service anyways, just like the pool. They never came to clean our room so we had to go ask them for more trash bags and clean towels on the second day. I spent over $1,300 for two nights since it was the 4th of the July, and was not even close to being worth the money. What a shame for such a great location to be so poorly managed.

Don’t like it

This property needs some upgrades. The wait staff has not been trained to do their jobs in a professional manner. For the price of a stay the rooms need some additional touches.

We had a balcony room on the 3rd floor. We had a beautiful view. The only drawback was that we had a noisy neighbor, whose child woke up at 3:15 and was screaming and crying. The child quieted down after about 15 minutes, and we were able to fall back to sleep.

Everything we wanted

A continuous beeping alarm went off all night. Between that and the worst Mattresses we've ever had, this stay was rough (especially for the cost).

Disappointed with amenities. Booked here for pool and hot tub. All closed. My view was more corner parking lot. Very sad
