We love how the rooms open onto a beautiful garden.

Good overall

We were meant to have been upgraded but felt had been downgraded. Room was in severe need of repair and decoration.

Superb wood beamed manor house. Very comfy room, amazing food. Couldn't fault it. Worth a walk around also, as some amazing architectural features and history. Highly recommended, if back in the area, would definitely stay there again.

Interesting character and charm. Food was good. Service was slow particularly as there were only a few people dining.

Check in excellent. Room upgrade ! Great grounds and room. Visiting local Kelvdon Hatch Bunker as solo traveller. Would stay again .

Service was excellent and friendly and rooms were comfortable and clean. We had a pleasant stay and location was ideal for our visits to friends and old neighbours.
