Poor service. No kettle in tge room .they charged 3 Euro for giving hot water. Never seen anything like this.

Lovely place, had a great stay. Enjoyed the pool and facilities. Breakfast was very average though. Didnt have dinner as wasnt impressed by the menu so caught the bus to thr financial district and went to a Portugese Restaurant

Relaxing stay

Nice hotel, with spa. Good accessible location. Bus into the city. Spa was very busy as was breakfast. Which was reason for lower score.

This is a nice place ,lots of parking here ,and easy to move around also very close about 6 minutes to the city

Lovely place to stay for a luxury spa weekend. Outdoor and indoor pools, robes and slippers in the room, all the little touches that make a difference.

Beautiful property, friendly helpful staff, great pools, fair breakfast selection. Need bigger towels and no tea/coffee in rooms.

The swimming pool was pleasant but the changing cabin has need more cleaning.

Average hotel, strange smell in room (like too much cheap room spray), a bit outdated, mattress felt like there was a rubber protector on it. Had to stay over after a missed flight, it‘s close enough to LUX airport. Was underwhelmed.

Horrible background noise all nigth

Lots of parking. We arrived before check in opened but were able to leave our car while we visited the city. The bus stops right outside the hotel and, like all public transport in Luxembourg, it’s free. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The weather was good, so we were able to sit out on the very pleasant terrace for a drink. Staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel is used for conferences and coach tours, so there may be a wait at reception at times.

Door was not working properly Cleaners opened the room while we were sleeping Too bad as this hotel has a lot of potential Spa was nice though

The place is large and clean, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel but the bus comes every half an hour and some times an hour so you have to make your schedule, its not too far from the center its about 6 stops, 20 mns Its a good value of money anyways
