The housekeeping was poor. Did not replace glasses, sugar,cream etc. shower leaks from the door.

Close to one of the best vegan/Vegetarian restaurants in Europe: Em Carne Viva.

My stay at Sheraton was short yet pleasant. The check in was fast and our room was ready when me ans my daugther arrived, something deeply appreciated. I would recommend this hotel , and for sure, will stay there again.

Very nice property

When we checked in, we were greeted by Glauber de Freitas. From our check in he commented that it was soon my wife’s birthday. We didn’t think much of this and asked about local dining options that met our dietary requirements. He suggested a great restaurant that we enjoyed very much. This trip was a celebration for my wife. We had a day trip planned for the actual day. When we returned, we found a gluten free cake and chilling sparkling wine in our room. The gesture capped off a perfect day. Glauber left a beautifully handwritten card wishing my wife a happy birthday and reassured us that everything met our dietary restrictions. We forgot that we shared all this information with him, but he didn’t. This gesture made our stay beyond extraordinary.

Only stayed one night so didn’t get to take advantage of everything but the restaurants were wonderful, the staff were excellent. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Most excellent property.

There is a pool but children are only allowed to go to the pool from 1pm to 7pm. It also costs 20€ per person if we only want to use the pool. Things in the room feel very “used” not dirty but scratches on a lot of things. Stains on the bathroom vanity it definitely needs to upgrade. Did not feel like a 5 star hotel.

Comfortable room (albeit with very old-world decor), nice bed and the amenities you need for a business trip. Gym was small, but well equipped - it's in the basement, which you need to access through the lobby. The restaurant was variable - we weren't wowed by dinner and felt it wasn't worth the price paid, but the breakfast was outstanding. Lots of variety, fresh options, and good service. Overall, polite, thorough and efficient service as befitting a Sheraton. Only 20mins from the airport so a good location for conferences - but if you're there for leisure be aware that the main part of town is about a 20min drive away.

This hotel looked new and nice. We enjoyed water bottles and coffee available in our room. Our room came with free breakfast and it was very good. The location was ok. But the bathroom in our room was very small with one sink. It didn’t have any shelf space to put our toiletries on. Usually there is a shelf under the countertop. But here was none. It would have been nice to have a handle bar in the showers and bathtub for the safety.
