Nice hotel, good location and comfortable room. Quite expensive given it was quite a simple hotel with no breakfast, but guess it was new year. The honesty bar was a nice touch and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Had a great time. Location is great, near shops, restaurants and major sights. The room was perfect, spacious and comfortable, and service was great, friendly and accommodating.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights last week. The overall experience was good. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable enough. The location is great - right on the main road. But there's also a flip side to this... If your room is street side, you may or may not get a good night sleep. It can get noisy. The other side of the building is likely to be more quiet :) They have a nice lounge area with a cozy and comfortable atmosphere.

Really lovely small hotel with quirky rooms in a great location,5 mins walk from the old town across the river. Staff great and lounge with honesty bar and free tea/coffee a bonus. The hotel does not do breakfast as such but does have croissants and cake available

A charming boutique hotel with an accommodating staff right in the old town of Salzburg. Room and bathroom super clean.

If this is a 4-star "boutique hotel," I'm disappointed. Everything was okay, but nothing special. The style of the rooms is rather mediocre. Our iron double bed was cramped, and the mattress was noisy. I can't recommend this hotel. There are certainly better, more affordable hotels in wonderful Salzburg.

There was nothing terribly unique about this property apart from that it is old and in a good location. What was terrible is that there was no fridge in the room for food and no electric kettle so we couldn’t even make a cup of tea. I would not stay there again, there are better equiped properties in the area for a much better price. Cheers Michael Thorne - 5th June 2025.

The view and room was beautiful! The staff was super helpful and friendly, cleaning was very good, and the stay was warm and welcoming. Free deluxe tea and coffee too.
