Very quiet place and very friendly staff

Everything was good. I think I just expected it to be nicer than it was because of ratings. The artwork was nice. The air conditioner on the room was very noisy and super cold…and when it turned off the room got very warm quickly so it was constant On loud then Off. Continental breakfast was $10 per person so we skipped that.

Very well situated and accessible to shops and restaurants by foot. There is also a free outdoor parking. Handicap access with ramp and elevator. Front desk however was not always attended by a clerk/employee.

Very kind and helpful staff and great location!

Very sweet little hotel with a lovely restaurant on the first floor. Loved the room with little fridge and a coffee maker. There are paintings of local artists all over the hotel, you can actually buy any of them! Prices and names of the artists are indicated on a small card beside each painting. Very nice touch! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast also!

Great for a one night stay. Convenient and walkable to the lake and the shops.

Clean room

A/C and temperature control were an issue. The window could not be opened. The view is not as good as advertised. The elevator and hallways old and dirty. Hotel is old and dated

Ont a beaucoup apprécié les deux nouvelles chambres à l extérieur de l hôtel dans un établissement juste en arrière avec plusieurs stationnement et à quelques minutes à pieds des restaurants, magasins et l eau juste en face.

Bien, nous étions dans un chambre au fond et pas dans le bâtiment principal. Très grande chambre avec plafond cathédrale 😌

Nice location. Walk to everything

I wasn’t sure from the outside but the room was excellent. The room was clean, quiet, and the beds were soooo comfortable. We did have to go to a separate building but that made the room quiet. Walked into Magog for coffee and croissants for breakfast. Perfect!
