El lugar necesita mantenimiento, los empleados son muy amables, el hotel estaba limpio, pero se ve que no gastan dinero en mantenimiento ni remodelacion hace un buen tiempo

Convenient to locate

The room, bathroom and the hotel were clean in general, but it has a weird smell, like humidity? We were staying in the room 110, I don’t now what was upstairs above us but up there was SO noisy at late night and in middle of the night 🙄 You could heard people walking around and doing something. Breakfast was decent: loaf bread, beagles, mini muffins, waffles, cream cheese, jelly, nutella, apple, oranges, coffee, milk, orange juice, apple juice, yogurt, and probably something else I’m forgetting. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights, they didn’t provide room service during those days.

Bathroom door is broke won’t be able to close

I liked the receptionist, he checked us in a little earlier than expected, this gave us the opportunity to leave our things and go for a walk, very caring attitude and understanding towards us after 10 hours on the road. Good free parking. Breakfasts are modest, but everything was good. A good hotel for the night for its price.

Stinky horrific smell in the room even we have requested and given a non-smoking room. They charge extra $20.00 for 3 people in 2 double bed room but didn't give enough towel. No mirror in the room.

Was very convenient to walk to Niagara Falls. The room was ok. Pool area was dirty so we did not swim. Overall was very pricey and would not stay there again but it worked for needing a place on a holiday weekend.

Good location

The reception staff was very helpful and friendly. They took the time to explain the activities, restaurants, fireworks, and more to us and showed us on the map to be located.

It's convenient

The hotel needs some facelifts but the staff is friendly, breakfast is fulfilling, and location is excellent! Good short-stay value for the price - planning to stay there again.

No bathroom locks

Clean rooms and good service, everything is close. We had a great time with our family. I recommend it to everyone. Thank you for hosting us.
