Very good stay!

Second time of staying at this hotel for a concert at the o2. Faultless. Very smooth check-in. Staff who we encountered throughout were all lovely. Will be my go to place to stay any time I visit the o2.

Perfect hotel apart from the main door lock which didnt work one evening.

Quite a long wait to check in. The TV connections to stream my device didn't work - the most annoying part of the stay Light above the bed flashing on a censor.

Good hotel, close to Elizabeth Line and well priced with decent rooms and clean and secure:

Location is the key to this hotel, a little pricy though.

Room was spacious comfortable and clean.

Cleanliness of toilets could be a lot better . The walls next to toilet seat had pee marks all around.

Sadly we were given a room that had not been cleaned! After a 6 hour drive this was very annoying- then had to be reallocated a new room on the 9th floor all taking time and hassle which could easily have been avoided!

All was as expected. I do expect a clean room and comfortable bed with pillows

Staff very friendly. Close proximity to Custom House tube station on the Elizabeth line which also has a direct service to Heathrow airport. Convenient to O2 Arena and Icloud cable car.
