Accidentally selected the wrong date, refused to change the date, refused to refund it, I had to get a room for that night and just have a room for the next night even though I wouldn’t be there. Was told by multiple employees that management told them not to give there number, email or transfer people to them about an issue like I was having!!! Total bs! It was an honest mistake and something that should have been simple to fix! We made the reservation about an hour before we got there so there was no reason to act the way they did about it! Expedia is to blame as well as they refuse to help either!!!
