Gold status not recognised. Beds incredibly hard , so much so , that I came home exhausted. There is only one dreary terrace, with fake grass. The one shown on their website is the Penthouse. Breakfast very poor. Matthias on concierge superb, but sadly not superb enough to make me ever return.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The hotek is beautiful, breakfast iandelicious, and rooms are very sapcious for europe. Very good area especially traveling with kids. Beautiful park right down the street.

It’s a great hotel; however, front desk needs a reality check & outside valet were no where to be found when I arrived and had to take my luggage up myself! Concierge were wonderful & excellent room service! Also a choosing factor was the garden in the middle of hotel but is now a tennis court ! Ridiculous

Great hotel, walkable to many popular sites. A double room is actually a double- with two beds! Hard to come by in Europe. Highly recommend.

Great location and good room size for Paris

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Part of the reason why I booked this hotel was because of the Eiffel Towers views, but after checking with the front desk, they told me it was only viewable from a suite on the 7th floor. When we got to our room, I went to go take a shower and the bathtub wouldn’t drain any water and I had to shower in a bathtub of standing water. I called down to the front desk and after waiting for someone to come up and look at this issue, I called again and they said that they would have someone come up. After waiting another 10 minutes, I went downstairs to grab a staff member and have them come up to look at the situation (I believe it was the manager on duty at the time) and she had a guy from their maintenance team meet us to unclog the bathtub. They were able to finally get the water to drain after about 10-15 minutes and said they would be back the next day. I had also contacted Expedia and talked with a team member through Chat on Expedia’s App and they told me that they would change rooms for us and they never honored that. This went on for 4 nights. The room was also extremely outdated, it wasn’t worth more than $100 a night and that’s being nice. Also the walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything. The room right next to ours had people up at every hour of the night and had people coming in and out the whole time we were there for our stay. Expedia- do better for your guests.

This hotel was adequate but in need of repair and updates. Generally, not worth the $$$. My bedside phone didn’t work and I had to call maintenance every night to get my bedside light to turn off as the wiring was faulty. The pool and hot tub were out of service and the beds were terribly uncomfortable. They lost more than half of my laundry. It was located but it was an inconvenience to me for sure. The service was meh. The room cleaner rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to come back later. In hindsight, not a great experience.

Room wasn’t clean at all, our king bed was actually two twin beds pushed together, our key cards did not work, they never brought our bags up to the room and just let them stay in the lobby for anyone to grab. Pool and amenities are closed for many months. Overall, not a five star hotel at all. We had a poor experience.
