All great lovely staff had to stop just for 1 night

Comfortable and spacious room with good view over golf course. Helpful staff and nice breakfast. Beds a bit hard!

This hotel was our most expensive and most disappointing! Check in, I asked for two keys and got one, we had one small and one large towel. The bathroom was grubby and the service in the restaurant very cavalier. We asked to sit outside for our last dinner of the trip and were told that if we went outside, we could not come back in!? They said it was full in the restaurant but it wasn’t. All in all, very disappointing for the class of hotel! By the way, the Japanese rugby team stayed in this hotel!

Stayed here for 2 nights for to flight cancellation. Booked a junior sweet as we're family of 4. Even though this is probably a business and golf orientated hotel, the kids loved the pool (and we loved the view from the pool to the fort course) and the breakfast bar was very good. We'd happily stay here again

Overnighter on way home from Spain. Room was good for size, Spacious enough, toilet very small though, air con wasn’t very good either. Walls marked and just didn’t feel like the quality a 4 star should. Only 1 flat pillow each and whilst I probably could have asked for more after an 11 hour drive I couldn’t be bothered. Didn’t sleep due to flat pillow and very flat bed. Parking was fine and close to hotel. Friendly check in guy, and check out guy. Handy having useable freezer compartment and fridge for our drinks bag for way home.

Nice hotel well located. We stayed there as we were moving back to USA. Room had everything you need: kitchenette, comfortable beds and well located near to restaurants, shops, etc. Golf course, pet friendly and friendly staff made our stay pleasant.

We weren't at the hotel long, only in town 1 night for a wedding. I would stay here again.

Good and practical apartment for family of 5 & our dog. Very good service and amenities, dog friendly w space for our furry friend to roam on the lawns next to the hotel.

We are a family of 4 ( 2 adults and 2 kids), we were given a street level apartment. Rooms are aged with filthy bathroom walls, the walls in the room were full of stains and dirt all over. In the dining room, for breakfast, zero control over covid measures (distance when picking up food)

The hotel is a lovely retreat if you are looking to just relax by the pool and take in the view. The local area is quiet and you really need a car to get to the local supermarket. However the hotel provides a shuttle which is happy to drop you at the nearest supermarket and for the tram to get into the city which is fab.

Overall - very good. Only complaint was that my wife was served with her hamburger. On the second attempt the chips were ok, bit the burger was burnt. She didn't eat it and we only paid for the chips.

This was a great choice for unwinding from flight 8nto Toulouse and getting ready for a vehicle tour of this area of France. The room was spacious with good amenities and free parking underground. Pool a real bonus. Easy access to Toulouse. We have rebooked for night prior to our fight back to London.

Nice hotel and good location with lovely views over the course.

Very smart hotel with really nice rooms. Ate in the restaurant in the evening. I chose fish which arrived virtually uncooked. I complained and it was taken away and returned 10 minutes later, more cooked. No apology, just no comment. Never have I had service like this. Just nobody cared !

Nice hotel, good food at restaurant and golf club next door. The gym was good, a little cosy but lots of different equipment. Friendly and helpful staff.
